Schnucks Richardson Road is a beautiful, clean neighborhood store with a nice deli and a wide assortment of products, including wines and niche items. It has just about anything customers are looking for. However, some find most items priced higher than the competition, though good deals sometimes exist for multi-item purchases. The new self-checkout user interface is criticized as lifeless and worse than the previous version. While customer service at the deli counter receives praise for being amazing, general friendliness from other employees is noted as an area needing improvement.
