I upgraded my Internet equipment and had to return my old equipment. I was not informed of this when I originally called but I caught it right away in an email. I took it to the store. And when I walked in, I noticed there were two people ahead of me being taken care of. I stood there for about 10 minutes with the big box the equipment came in and noticed the young man working, kept staring at me. Meanwhile, a few more people came in the store. It was then I realized you had to check in on a computer, so that put me at the back of the line. I know he saw me and he could've informed me to check in when I was finally helped. When it was finally my turn, I was helped by another man who was nice enough, but informed me I would have to take the big box with me, even though it was originally theirs. Basically they didn't want to deal with the trash. I usually don't report problems. I just felt this was all around bad business.

Spectrum internet in Imperial MO here. 1 gig speeds. I have never, one time seen 1 gig. The best I've seen is 350 -400. SOMETIMES. As someone who works from home, I rely on my AT&T Hotspot because it's reliable. I find myself calling boost mobile or cricket to see if they offer home internet because it would be more reliable.I would edit this review and give more stars if the generic response was anything but what it is, a generic response.

Had a great experience switching to Spectrum internet! Employees were very nice came in on a Monday and got hooked up on Wednesday! Awesome tech guy as well! No problems reporting here!

don't recommend at all. terrible customer service. we went in simply to drop off our wifi equipment which we were told we could do by a spectrum call center worker. i when we walk in no one greeted us. i had to literally get 3 feet away from a group of workers until one of them finally looked up and told me to go "check in" on some tablet at the front. i told her i just needed to drop off equipment, and she tried to tell me that ups does that not them. i told her that we were told by a spectrum employee that we could come here, and said we still had to "sign in" on the tablet. after we signed in 30 seconds later she called us over to a table. the guy that ended up helping us said they can take the equipment but they can't take the box that the equipment literally came in??these people are stupid as hell. and lisa is a bitch

A neighbor told me to come to this store in person to get help to establish internet for my newly-built house as another store told me bad information and the online help was of no use. I arrived here when it first opened for the day. It's been 30 minutes and counting and they have only 2 staff working on the same 2 customers since I arrived. Now the store is filling up and I don't know how much time it'll be before I finally get waited on. Such a joke.

Was at a friends house while a technician was out. This is the 4th time she has had someone there. She had requested the supervisors number so we messaged and requested her to the location. Not ever 5 minutes go by and the supervisor Rhonda called this poor tech and started cussing him out, screaming at him for giving a number as he thought that was the correct one. I have never been in utter disgust by this type of treatment from someone. She sounds like a very nasty and unprofessional person. He stood his ground but gosh. Hope this kid get a raise for that. Rhonda should be fired the way she talk to her employees! Disgusting human!

James really helped me out in a pinch! I needed to exchange my parents’ four-year-old equipment, but I had forgotten my wallet (aka I.D.) and had to have my mom run it to me. It was right near closing, so I appreciated the team being patient and assisting me.

So I saw they had a lot of people in line before me. The worker was kind enough to immediately tell me I could do my equipment drop off at UPS! Saved me a lot of time that would have been wasted waiting! Clean store.

Not just the store but as a whole the company is terrible. My internet service was out for an entire month. I was given the runaround on when it would be fixed. I got new equipment that didn't work, had a technician come out, he told me that I needed maintenance to come and fix the issue within 48 hrs Well maintenance never came. I called multiple times, and was told "oh give it another week". Only after I cancelled did they come and fix the issue. The representative who helped me the last time I called is the only one that followed through on what he said and I definitely appreciate him. Not to mention the store employees are incredibly rude. The tone they take on when speaking with you is one that is not professional but condescending. I understand working with the general public is tiresome. After all that is my job too. Regardless, I don't know how any of them keep their jobs or how the company stays in business because I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I just would have appreciated some honesty and to not have been given the runaround.

I would not recommend Spectrum. This store is a joke and the service. The Rep told us that we could drop off our equipment at the store. When I got into the store to drop off the equipment, I was told to leave and to take the equipment to the UPS store and have UPS ship it to their store knowing I was already there.

After weeks of terrible service several trouble tickets nobody could fix my slow speeds. I was then told by the person that I called to disconnect my service that I could just take my modem back to the spectrum store. When I get to the store I'm told no I have to ship it back. Whatever you do do not do business with charter spectrum or whatever they want to call themselves I was flat out told by a technician I wasn't real priority because I wasn't a business customer I love my AT&t fiber and will never go back I would advise highly against doing any business with spectrum mobile or internet. And I love the canned response you get from the "store owner". You've been better off just saying nothing these sites don't help at all clearly nobody cares about the awful experience I had with this company. I will shout it from the mountaintops do not do business with spectrum they do not take care of their customers!

My family and I went in for one service and ended up switching what we wanted to just getting new phones. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nick and when I say he went above and beyond, I’ve seriously never had better customer service. Things weren’t going so smoothly and took awhile to get the transfers finished with the new phones but that man had so much patience with us! He even stayed after the store closing to make sure we had everything we needed and as much as we apologized and offered to not finish through finishing everything and leave he insisted he wanted us to have everything before we left because he did not want us to leave without. It was so refreshing to get this amazing of customer service and Nick at Arnold location most definitely needs a raise or some sort of recognition, he deserves it! Thank you soooo much again nick!

The employees were beyond rude. They wouldn’t even pull up my account because I wanted to cancel and told me they wouldn’t help me… the employee went so far as to walk to the back and shut the door to just leave me standing there.

Just finished my visit to the store. My experience was outstanding. Pre scheduled and got right in no problem. Changed carriers to Spectrum and was expecting some issues as nothing goes w/o a hitch. Totally wrong as my tech agent Amanda was great. She handled everything from phone recommendations to transfer of data. Super friendly and efficient.

My husband and I switched from ATT to Spectrum last year and I'm so glad we did. In particular, I've had two excellent experiences with Nicholas Pettet, one of the employees at this store in Arnold. I had been planning to upgrade my Iphone 6S, but waited too long and one day the Home button suddenly became unresponsive along with my phone -- a big problem and I thought my photos, contacts, and everything else was lost. Nicholas was able to get it to work again, and I was so glad! I upgraded to a new Iphone right away and he made sure everything transferred correctly. What a relief! And recently, when the new Iphone had an issue, I took it to this same Spectrum store and Nicholas knew exactly what to do and showed me how to "fix" it if it happened again in the future. He was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and I left the store a happy customer. It was great to receive superior customer service and I highly recommend this Spectrum store!
