I've been coming to Sports Clips since 2019. But tonight's experience will definitely be the last time I visit them. I shut down early and left work to go get a haircut and to be there on time. I showed up 20 minutes early and then my stylist decided to take someone else on instead of me. To make it worse they simply laughed at me and mockingly shouted have a great day as I was leaving.

Hate the App, its worthless waste of time. Make an appointment at a real barbershop. I don't know whar this joke of place is supposed to be but not worth the waste od time and incompetence.

The app and scheduling times are a complete joke. It will change 30 minutes at the blink of an eye. The manager claims it is because of breaks and lunches. A chain this large should have a better system in place to incorporate the planned staff shortages.

Brought my son here for a haircut, had a previous great experience with Gina and hoped to have that again. Gina unfortunately wasn’t working so we opted for someone else. I showed Jessica a picture of the haircut he wanted and the way Gina cut it. She told me she doesn’t know how to place the line like Gina previously did, which was fine. She proceeded with the haircut and she was “done” I saw what her done looked like I was shocked. Not even close to what I showed her or Gina’s work. I asked her could she fade it and she told me that was a fade. She tried to fix it but it was still not fixed even the second time. Not only was the haircut bad but the way she spoke to my child was even worse. Please please please, choose anyone else here but her.

Gina spends the time to make sure it is done the way we talked about to give me a dynamite cut and a great experience.
Stylist: Gina really is a pleasure to talk with and has a high standard set for herself to make sure the customer is satisfied.

i asked for a blowout taper and the owner gave me some jacked up looking mullet. i’d rather go bald than this. at least i got a head massage lmfao. i even gave a photo ref. cut way too short on sides and top.
Requested style: Blowout taper WITH picture.

completely unprofessional. I waited until called. when it was my turn the person said ahe didn't do flat tops. The person in the next chair said she could and she would be done with her current customer. In a few minutes so I waited again. When she finished I was told I was next but put another customer ahead of me. Goodbye ?

I added myself to the waitlist at 2:47 for a 17 minute wait on the app. I arrived on time, checked in, and had a 21 minute additional wait. After still sitting at 3:40 and no one acknowledged me.. I left. Not very happy. I will try a different location
