I have been with Sprint now T-Mobile for many years and working with Matt Birsinger (Arnold store) I have always had the BEST customer service. He is very knowledgeable, kind, genuine and will treat you like family. Other staff could learn from him. Greatly appreciate Matt's excellent customer service!!

My husband and I went into the store first thing in Saturday morning to get a new iPhone 15. Upon arrival the clean freak in me LOVED the cleanliness and organization of the store. I thought that was great, and then we met Doug. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I wish we could give him 10 stars. I even called the next day to ask a question about pairing my watch and he solved that problem too! I will only be purchasing my phones and accessories through him from now on. Thanks again Doug!

5 Star service! Doug was helpful, personable, ad professional! So good at what he does!! Super expensive. We had to go back the next day for my phone- same great service- with kindness and over and above customer care. Highly recommend! Thanks Doug, you are an asset to T-mobile

What a joke their service their is. Went to go in and buy a phone and they said you cant pay for it in full. I called corporate and they said you can. So i go back in and say that you can buy a phone in full. Then they tell me again that you cant so i had to call again to do their job for them to be able to buy a phone. Then they say you cant pay cash. This place is the biggest joke around i will be switching provider.

Went in to festus t Mobile and was lied to by a rep she said she called the Arnold store about a phone said she had to act like a customer because they won't tell another store what there inventory is but yes they had the phone in stock at that location but they didn't have the phone in stock or did she call that store they said than told us that she looked my daughter's info up and that she required no down payment on the phone but we get to Arnold store she did have a deposit she had to have 300 down to get the phone so FESTUS STORE IS VERY VERY BAD STORE IS DIRTY AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVIDENTLY TO LAZY TO ACTUALLY TYPE ON A COMPUTER CRAZY LAZY GO TO A BETTER STORE ARNOLD IS A CLEAN STORE WITH STAFF WHO DOES THERE JOB STAY AWAY FROM FESTUS STORE

I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years now 7 people in family it keeps it affordable and the service is too notch to me. I have tons of issues with apple more than tmobile. tmoble employees always want to do what right for the most part when they can . every company has rules and policy to go by right? I've never experienced any bad customer service at the Arnold location . I did notice they did move to Richardson rd not sure why but it's closer so I should not complain great service great plans and I appreciate their customer support and service and do highly recommend I got almost all my family to switch and they all LOVE IT
