Excellent to work with. Very gracious and knowledgeable. Doug went above and beyond to explain the process and provided excellent advice. There was a snafu outside the control of STL and Doug was all over it and had it resolved before the end of the day. I would absolutely purchase a mattress from them again.

I just don't even know how to put into words how grateful I am to Doug and STL Beds. I ordered a bed support through Walmart.com thinking it would work fine. I received a call from Doug at STL Beds (who happened to be right down the road from me!) to go over some questions to make sure it would actually work. Turned out it was not going to work. He had me cancel the order and walked me through some other options that would work for the kind of bed I have. Long story short, I am so thankful for Doug's help on this. He absolutely didn't have to go out of his way to make sure the order would work out but he cared enough to do so. I ended up purchasing a new bed frame from him and will definitely be back next time I need something!!

After waking up with my feet higher than my head and broken wooden rails under my mattress, I looked for options to replace the tails and avoid this in the future. The STL Brothers Team were supportive in education me on what I needed. It turns out that I really needed a strong bed frame; however the rails were here, I contacted the and they made it easy and painless to return the rails. If i need some for my other bed, they are my first and only stop. Thank you guys!

We ordered a regular matress to replace our waterbed matress. The service we received was outstanding. Doug called (yes a phone call not an email) twice to make sure the order was correct and to go over care instructions for the new bed. The new matress was delivered 9 days after placing the order - amazing since it had to be built to fit the waterbed frame. If you are thinking of leaving your old waterbed behind and changing to a regular matress but don't want to change of your bedroom furniture this is the place to shop.

We needed to find a mattress replacement for our waterbed frame. This company offers the BEST service and products. Eventhough we ordered online, we received a call afterwards to be sure our order would meet our needs. They were so helpful to discuss measurement issues that we had not thought of. We received the new mattress very quickly with free shipping to California. I love the new mattress and it has eliminated my knee problem. Thank you !

Michael Coffman was most professional and very helpful! He helped me with my concerns to find the pillow that would work for me. He went above and beyond! I live out of state and my business transaction was online and over the phone. He also followed up with a handwritten note and some little gifts that he mailed to my home! He is one of a kind!

I ordered an item that had a high rate of return. I received a call from STL Beds and received excellent detailed advice and instructions on how to install a different product that is superior to solve my problem than the original item I had selected. Their advice was exactly correct. I thank them very much for their care and expertise. I recommend this company very highly.

I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience with STL Beds. I felt compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap.First and foremost, Doug completely misrepresented their warranty. When I made my purchase, I was assured of a comprehensive warranty that covered all possible issues. However, when I encountered a problem with the bed I received, they conveniently changed their tune and refused to honor the warranty they had promised.To make matters worse, the bed they delivered was not the one I had ordered. It was a completely different model, and the quality was shockingly inferior. It's clear that they have a complete disregard for their customers.Communication with them was an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. It's as if they couldn't care less once they had my money.I want to save others from the headache and frustration I've had to endure dealing with these guys. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company.
