If you wanted an amazing place to go take your dogs to be groomed everybody at PetSmart and Arnold is amazing. They take great care of you and your dogs are beautiful. They did such a great job on my puppy. thank you to everybody there who took such great care of my baby Blair

I’ve taken my pet to all of the petsmart groomers in the area and the Arnold store is by far the best. The grooming area is always calm and cleaned up, the groomers are responsive and friendly. They also really listen and ask questions about grooming preference. Dropping my dog off feels like he’s well taken care of.

Strongly advise against using the grooming service. My dog had an appt to have his nails trimmed and grinded. I dropped him off and walked around the store for about twenty minutes (they said it would be about 10 minutes). They then proceed to call me in to tell me they “couldn’t trim his nails” because he “coughed” and a vet had to do it. I was watching the entire time. I took him to the vet shortly after (30 minutes) to have his nails trimmed and for an examination. Result: dog is in perfect healthy condition. Pure incompetence. Maybe try not putting the leash around the dogs neck to hold him in place next time for a senior dog who’s 14 and is small breed who is well known for having a small Trachea (11 lb Yorkshire terrier). How these groomers have any credentials is beyond me.
Edit: after reading other customer reviews, this is a reoccurring theme with the groomers specific to nail trimming.
Calling manager ASAP - I feel extremely thankful they didn’t go through with the nail trimming as it appears they have injured multiple dogs cutting nails.
Please beware before booking a grooming or nail trimming service with this location. My dog has been going to other Petsmart locations for 14 years and never once had an issue.

I just had the most helpful service at the Arnold location. I went in to purchase a125 aquarium for my turtles, Chris and Skylik (I believe was her name) were super helpful helping me get everything I needed. Skylik even told me about the app and I saved SO MUCH money with the price match. Andrew also did great job helping load the tank and stand. Thanks for all your help!!!

Do NOT use this stores grooming. Took my puppy there today at 10:30 for a bath and nail grinding. Was told it would be around 2pm. Called at 2:30 when I still hadn't heard anything and was told they weren't done yet because my puppy didn't care for the dryers so they had to put him in a crate for a bit to calm down and dry. I called again at 4:30 as no one reached out and they told me that he was done but they couldn't grind his nails. That he was flailing around when they tried and they didn't have enough staff to hold him down. First off he normally gets trimmed and grounded at the vet and has had no issues. We've been using the training services at Petsmart so we decided to try the grooming as well. When I picked him up, he was trimmed too. He is great Pyrenees and we didn't want his coat cut AT ALL. I only asked for a bath and nail trim. I tried to speak about my dissatisfaction with the manager but she acted like everything that happened was normal. NONE of this is normal. So my dog basically spent 7 hours in a crate for them to give him a bath and an unwanted haircut.

Petsmart is awesome.Got some crunchy cat treats.They also have some darling cats and kittens from Goode Life Rescue there for adoption.A few had their owners pass away.Poor things!Hope people go in and get them.

Used to love this store. But last time i came to get superworms got home to find the entire container dead. Called and was told they had more and would replace them. Drove all the way back up there to be told they didn’t have anymore alive. So wasted my gas just to get $5 back. employees need trained better. I will take my business elsewhere

They have a huge selection of dog food, pricey, of course. But it’s a nice store and friendly staff
