I booked my two teenage daughters appointments for tomorrow. I booked this appointment over three weeks ago. I was told the whole morning was open and to pick my time to come in. I scheduled for 9am, they asked if i was okay for Lindsey to do the girls appointment at the same time. And to expect to be there for three hours. I have seen Lindsey in the past as she did my daughters highlights back in March. I was find with this. On Wednesday (3 days before the appointment) I received a call that they had over booked us and couldn't get both girls in. When I explained that when I scheduled they said no one was scheduled so that means those other people were scheduled after us. And that we have a funeral and one leaving for vacation that we couldn't just reschedule one and how do I pick between the two girls which one gets their hair done? They are sisters. The girl that called said she would call me back that day or no later then Thursday Morning if there was still a problem. I didn't get another phone call back until FRIDAY, less than 24 hours before the appointment telling me that they needed to cancel the girls. I asked to speak with Lindsey or the Manager. They said there is no manager but the Owner is too busy to talk and scheduled in appointments all day. And that Lindsey wished not to speak to me.I have referred 3 other women to this place since my daughter got her hair colored in March. But I will make it known that they cancel last minute, the Owner is too busy to talk and the stylist won't speak to me either over THEIR Mistake.Service: Hairstyling

There are several stylist here that my daughter and I have visited with and they are all wonderful! Brittany & Betty are the top two for us. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. I have used the salon for eye brow waxing, hair cut, hair dye and hair style for prom. We have loved everything!

Terri has styled my hair for over 2 decades, as well as My Mom. We get somany compliments we have recommended her to other family, friends, and complete strangers! She is personable and professional. An experienced stylist who is knowledgeable about quality hair care. Terri is always up for the challenge of my many requests while also maintaining and promoting healthy hair! She too provides a variety of other beauty services!
