“The staff at Ace Hardware in Arnold, Missouri, where I rented the U-Haul van were very nice, very understanding and patient with me and my moving needs. I could not be happier. I would recommend them hands-down. A+ five stars plus”
“After having a really bad experience with the Lindbergh location AND the customer support line, I was SO RELIEVED to rent my moving truck from this location. The owner made sure I was on the road quickly after arriving, thoroughly went through estimated costs with me, and was accommodating to my schedule, as they closed at 1. Really just a stand up guy, doing business the right way. Will use for all my future truck rentals.”
