Excellent customer service. Finding how to get into the bank parking lot caused some difficulty. They were very busy at the time I arrived (I didn't have an appointment or time slot for my arrival). The office was short personnel which caused a 15-20 minute wait to complete opening my new account. But again, excellent customer service and I accomplished my goal.

I never use the drive through. I usually go there to see a member in person. The Arnold and Ballwin branches have best associates.

Terrible Bank the employees were kinda of rude and condescending such as if you're not a customer or have money with us we just can't and aren't willing to help you... I had a check I wanted to cash that was a personal check from Raymond James as the broker and it written off of UMB Bank, they would not cash the check despite it having a check verification phone number listed on the front, would not even offer to provide a solution, such as calling a bank officer in their Investment Management department to verify the check, so I drove 30 miles, just to have snotty bankers tell me some bulls*** reason why they couldn't cash it... Absolutely terrible, I can see why people are leaving this bank to go across the highway...

Two times Mr. Court of the Arnold,Mo branch, has been very rude to me. He is very condescending to me. He thinks he is smarter than anyone. Doesn't give a dam about the customers. Been a UMB customer for over 50 years, he dishonors the fine UMB service. Fred Boggs

I stopped by the other day and went inside. I was greeted and waited on by Kelly. She remembers my family members names and ask how they are doing along with projects I have been working on at home. Love my bank and fells like family.

I have taken over as a treasurer for a scout troop and the is the bank.. Its not been a good experience and we are actively looking at other options.

I used to be completely happy with the bank. Their app is good and I've never had issues with the branch. I also recommended it to everyone. However, recently I believe their management changed. The new manager doesn't know what she's doing and took nearly two hours to simply open a basic checking account. Not only so, but it took two months of nagging to get a small issue resolved (that was finally resolved in like less than an hour). Very disappointed in the recent changes to management. They don't know what they're doing and make it seem like you're the problem and being annoying when you ask for any help. I'd suggest another branch of this bank or simply stick to online banking which is what I choose to do. People at the drive-through are friendly though. Mainly the manager is the issue.

I used to be very happy with this bank. My personal banker has left and now have had two very bad experiences. Today I spoke with the manager, Yolanda, and I was frustrated (not mean or cursing or anything) and once she said what she had to say, she quickly became rude and said goodbye and proceeded to hang up on me. I am going to cancel my account asap!
