Three stars because it's the Post office. The New building they lease is much nicer than the dilipated Oakville branch. Everything is updated and is similar to any USPS layout. PO boxes, front counter, etc. parking is scarse and it i often difficult to find a spot due to majority of the spaces being reserved for workers or Grumman LLV vehicles. Jeremy who I dropped off my package was itching for surveys seeing as they were doing a contest. I got reminded twice to take the survey one on the credit card machine and one on the receipt which he circled. I'm not doing any of them, because I know you're going to get a big fat bonus. All I want to do is drop my package off and that's it.

Bad service! It should improve sooner than later. The lady on passport desk is very unprofessional and rude with kids while taking the passport pictures
She apparently hates her job and I recommend her managment to replace her with someone better for that position. Put her in the back of the office to selecting mail far away from customers..

Been trying to get keys to my townhome mailbox all week and fill out the paper work for the lady to tell me the guys on vacation and it’ll be some time next week at best. Wild. The previous tenant just moved out on like 5/15 barely a calendar month ago. Where are the keys he had for the mailbox? I can already see how this is going to go with them.

Angie was super helpful, prompt and clear. I was hesitant to go to post office for passport services but she made it super quick and easy. And on a Monday!

This was my first time at the new location and it was wonderful! I went just before 10am on a Wednesday, and there was only a few other customers in the store. Jill was the worker there, and she was so sweet and helpful. She was efficient and professional and I appreciated her knowledge. The new place is so spacious and clean, too!

Their inability to accomplish anything is astounding. They still have a package that arrived 2 weeks ago and can't deliver it due to... nothing? These people need higher wages and a shorter work week for their tremendous efforts. Terrible.

Wow- I’ve never had a more rude experience with a worker, talking down to me as if I don’t know how to address an envelope or know what postage costs (I’m very experienced with post offices as I go several times a week for my business). I asked when the new location would open since I was told a year when the old location closed (by workers at the old post office) and she told me I had no idea what I was talking about. I didn’t catch her name but it was the blonde with curly hair. I will not go back to this location and will second guess going to the new location when it opens.

If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. The workers here are extremely rude. Very unprofessional. Wyatt is the only one that doesn't fall into this category. Angie needs therapy

My mailman constantly drives past my mailbox or doesn’t drop off packages that can’t go in my mailbox because I’m assuming he’s just lazy. Claims that something is blocking my mailbox but it’s not.

Hours online are incorrect. Hours are not posted at Temporary location. Temporary location is not ADA accessible.

The "post office" is just a post office vehicle parked in the middle of a parking lot. Additionally, they do not operate by the listed hours: online says they are open 9-5:30, and there was no one to be found when I showed up at 4:45. Not a useful post office at all
