Find it stuck in a corner. Why? Because they are BAD!!!!! Says open on Maps but no one there and building unaccessible. Don't bother calling... yet another?God alone knows how this is called Postal 'service'.

An unstaffed van in the parking lot of a vacant building, with a sign redirecting you to Oakville. Fantastic.

Each time I've brought in packages already labeled and just needed a receipt, I'm met with you need to use the "do it yourself" machine in the lobby which usually isn't working. Also, it clearly says using this machine is not proof the post office received your package. When I go to the Imperial Post Office, I'm greeted with smiles and thanked for bringing them business. So I drive out of my way to the Imperial Post Office. The employees in Arnold could use some Customer Service training.

I have to rave about Lisa. She's always kind and patient with me. She answers my questions thoroughly, despite having a line. I go out of my way to come to the Arnold Post Office! Thank you!

We came in on a Thursday afternoon for a passport. At first, we were told we needed an appointment. I had tried to make an appointment a few days prior, but the service was not working on the website. We made an appointment with the rep and as we asked a couple of questions, she decided to go ahead and process our passport application. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and let us know what to expect. It was so nice to have such great service and feel confident that everything was done properly.

The people there are the friendliest of any post office I've visited. Very helpful.

My regular carrier is on vacation and whoever takes her place has to be the stupidest person alive. I had a package pickup on the porch and put the label on the side of the box. I get a note stating I did not have any USPS postage on the box. Duh...look a little harder before leaving me a note telling me I didn't have postage on there. I don't know where the post office gets their carriers but this one is beyond stupid. I miss my regular carrier when she is off.

The building this post office is in and it's parking lot are way too small for how large the city has become. It's dangerous to try to get in and out of and inside it's always packed, a lot of the times a line has formed even outside the interior door into the post office boxes area. It seems they are way understaffed and usually only have one worker, sometimes two, at the counter to help. They do have a counter where you're supposed to put prepaid packages instead of waiting in line, but you can't trust that because if they lose a package you have no proof you dropped it off in the mail. So you have to end up waiting in a long line just to get a receipt of shipment.I have not dealt with outright-rude staff however, some are more curt than others but overall more or less okay and friendly.

It seems that a requirement to work here is that you must be as unfriendly as possible. They are unhappy to have to do any amount of work. They do not care to help. If you need help with something, I’d suggest trying a different post office.

Made an appointment online for passport application and photo for my kiddo. Grabbed her from school, my husband and I both had to take off work, and my daughter had to miss her after school activities to make the appointment time, as they offer limited later options. Ended up being 5 minutes late. We waited in line for another 5-10 minutes. When we got to the counter, the post office worker told us that we were supposed to be 10 minutes early. That was never communicated as an expectation when I scheduled. They refused to process our application. If you have the option to go elsewhere, I would. Called the Library and they got us scheduled for a later appointment the next day. Wish I would have known how inflexible they were prior to pulling my kid out of her after school activities and driving from another city. Lesson learned.
