This pharmacy is nothing short of awful. The techs have the personality of an iceberg. My wife had 2 scripts that were supposed to be ready at 1pm. They weren't ready, and pushed back till 6. I arrive at 6:45 one script isn't ready, the other was cancelled by the insurance company. I get home after 7pm and tell my wife this. Obviously we can't call the doctors office at 7pm. My wife calls today and gets told "It's not our policy to notify you of a cancellation" and hung up. I tried to fill out a form on Walgreens website and when I submitted it, it said the page didn't exist.Seriously?? The quality of this pharmacy has drastically declined. The techs are rude and the store looks nasty, I guess to accompany the tech's personalities. I overheard the techs tell other customers that their scrips wouldn't be ready till the following day.Whatever and whoever is running this over there; you're doing it wrong.

How am I waiting for 30 minutes for a RX that the doctor placed a week ago and just now ready today per my text received and then you have 6 SIX pharmacy techs and then when it’s my turn to get my RX you tell me you “lost” it and have to redo it and ask me to pull around and re wait in a 30 min line how are you even as a worker ok to ask this?!!!? How is this wallgreens pharmacy still up and running?!?! Their licenses should be pulled for the incompetence of losing a RX and this is not the first time for losing it as well I’m just fed up and finally wrote a review!! My advice stay away from this place go somewhere else!!!

Do a better job of taking care of your pharmacy staff! The drive thru has not moved in 30 mins. Evident that there is not enough people for this service. Their job is very detailed orientated and their expected to work in these conditions. Higher room for error making safety take a back seat.

Go somewhere else! The pharmacy is the most incompetent I’ve ever seen. They will always blame it on their computer system. The staff as a whole could stand to be a little friendly as well. Make sure you have lots of time to spend here. No matter where you check out, the lines are slow and long. Usually only one cashier.

This Walgreens needs more staff, they are overloaded with demand and understaffed. I can see it when I go in, are when I’m in line for 25 min. The management need to step in and do something about this. Not just for the PT that come in for their prescription, but they need to do something to help their own people their own staff. The staff is overwhelmed.The only reason I give 5⭐️ is for the staff that shows up does everything they can for us. Thank you for your time.

They call and say prescription is ready, their app says prescription is ready. I go to pick up prescription and wait in line for 35 minutes and they say it's not ready. This has happened several times. I finally switched pharmacies.The VOGEL location is the worst i've ever experienced!! If I could give it negative stars I would.

Melissa in the pharmacy drive thru must be the most miserable person on earth. Imagine choosing a job where people literally rely on medicine to live and then pulling up to Melissa who just runs insurance without asking and says “sorry I guess it’ll have to wait til tmrw” and then doesn’t even hide saying “whatever” on the mic as you’re pulling away because it doesn’t make her life one bit of difference. You don’t have to imagine it— just pull on up to Arnold Walgreens!

If I could give zero stars I would. Always a run around. App tells you Rxs are ready, get phone calls saying they are ready but you get up there and if you have more than 1 Rx 95% of time you will leave with an issue with at least one of them... Either they were out of it or they have to call the Dr or get insurance authorization and it doesn't matter if you have had the same meds filled a hundred times before. They will find a way to screw it up.

Oh Walgreens...sigh... My mother is on many medications for numerous serious medical issues, so we have had A LOT of experience with the Walgreens on Vogel Rd, spanning the past five years. The pharmacists seem to be doing their best, but they are sorely understaffed. Are you used to going to the doctor, having a Rx sent to the pharmacy and going to pick it up within an hour? That DOES NOT happen at this Walgreens. Expect--at minimum--24 hours before you can get your meds. If you need your meds today, DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS. The *ONLY* reason we use this pharmacy is location, but we are so fed up, we are looking at other options. I don't blame the pharmacists, I blame Walgreens. DO BETTER!!!

This walgreens is an absolute joke. I had a questtion regarding my Rx and it took 3+ hours for someone to respond. I decided to go up to the pharmacy and ask the question myself but instead was greeted with a dozen people lined up in the drive-thru and the pharmacy inside with nobody behind the counter. There is a reason why this location only has two stars and I can confirm why. I will personally be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy even if I have to drive across the country.
