The absolute worst customer service ever. They text me to pick up my prescription. Go up there and they say they have nothing for me. Then they said they had it but it expired. I was just at the doctor 2 weeks ago and all of my meds were renewed. Completely incompetent rejects work here! I HATE WALMART!!!!!!!

They never informed us that they never had insurance on file. They were charging it to goodrx for almost a year for who knows how much more than the cost that insurance would charge. Horrible service!

Honestly, not even worth 1 star. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not anymore. They are ALL rude! Horrible customer service. They'll answer the phone in a rude tone and say, "one moment" and slam the phone down and hang up on you. It's EVERY single time. No apologies, no empathy, no thank you, absolutely nothing but rudeness. And when they send down your medicine no "thank you and have a great day" or anything. I'M DONE! I'm switching my my prescriptions to somewhere else.

First, I did the drive thru to pick up my husband's medicine, I sent my ID and debit card through the tube. While I was waiting, I got a notification from my bank stating 112 dollars was just debited from Walmart. The associate didn't even let me know the price before she ran card, which is whatever but then gets on the intercom and says my card was declined, when I told her I am looking at my account right then and it says it was taken out. The associate didn't care l. She said" well I don't know what to tell you " my husband is battling cancer and I.am the only one able to work right now. My mother in law had to pay the 112 dollars so my husband could have his medicine. Well, it's been a week and MY MONEY STILL HASNT BEEN REFUNDED!!

Called to check status on my medication. First call, they picked up phone and set it down without returning. 2nd call, they answered by saying they're with customers, and Hung up on me. Love their pharmacy, but I think they may be slacking with customer service. This is a great coaching opportunity.

Go to pick up my prescription and they filled the medication. Called my doctor to make sure it wasn't a mistake on his end nope Walmart are just idiots that can't get anything right. And then I had to wait over an hour for them to fill my script.

Try to call the pharmacy about my meds. Follow the prompts to speak to a pharmacist. Phone rings for 3ish minutes then hangs up. Cool Walmart, great job. Not like it's medicine people need in order to live or something.

Always a great experience. Andrew helped us and was very professional. No issues and very little wait time. I'd recommend to anyone needing a pharmacy to handle your prescriptions.
