“UPDATE- I was contacted by Eric the DM within 24hrs and he was very quick to offer a solution to the damage. It has been a few weeks now and my wheels have been repaired to new condition and are back on my car. He definitely restored my trust and I would be willing to do business with him again.
NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! Just had 4 new tires put on my Chevy Traverse and they damaged ALL 4 OF MY WHEELS! I paid a little over $1k for 4 new tires they were quick to get me scheduled and in for my service. My husband took it in and just came home we live in walking distance. I walked out to look at them and every one of my wheels are scratched up and have a sticky residue on them. I called and was told to take pictures. My husband is currently at the shop in person. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT ALL. My 1st and last time using this company! The cost to repair my wheels will probably exceed the damn tires! If I have to contact a lawyer to get this made right I will.”

They deal fairly and I trust their judgement. The also do great work. I’ve never had to return for something that wasn’t done right.”
“This place is a neighborhood gym. First off, it's an acute deuter revival building that's about 100 years old. It has a bay labeled Auto laundry where they used to wash cars. But they give great auto service and Rick, the guy who runs the place is a great guy. He listens when customers describe the funny noises, their cars make and doesn't even raise an eyebrow. He's very patient and understanding. The prices are good. I just bought tires, and the price he quoted not only included mounting balancing and alignment. It even included sales tax! I love this place!”
“I have had several small issues with this store, but they always have worked to resolve them and make sure I am satisfied. The front desk did a great job helping me find the right tire at the right price for me. The store does a great job explaining what they did or how their policies work for tire repair/replacement. They also do a good job at getting service done as quickly as possible, I know it isn’t the case every time, but today they rotated and balanced my tires in 10 minutes, it was amazing!!!!”

If my windshield ever gets a crack and needs to be replaced, I'm coming back to do get my windsheild tinted. I've never really thought of doing it until they told me a lot about it and how beneficial it is! Definitely would recommend this company!”
