We booked two of the properties for a large group on a bike tour of the Katy Trail and it could not have gone better. Breakfast was very good and all the riders were very happy. Already booked for next year.

Perfect spot within walking distance of two wineries. Service was good, beds were good. Very happy with our stay and will definitely come back :)

We got a flat tire while biking the Katy Trail and found ourselves stranded in Augusta. Thankfully, Kelly came to the rescue! She was incredibly kind and welcoming, letting us relax at the B&B while we waited, despite our ride being hours away. Her hospitality turned a stressful situation into a warm, memorable experience. We’re so grateful!

We planned to stay here for one night it it was so relaxing and peaceful we stayed for 2! Kelly the host is wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the place was very clean! Would definitely recommend!

The Applegate Inn is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you're riding on the Katy Trail. The host, Kelly, was really helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were great. This B&B is within sight of the trail in Augusta, which is a great location if you want to be away from the city. We enjoyed three nights, it was a comfortable place to be. I was there with my grandson.

This is without question my favorite B&B in one of my favorite weekend getaway spots! It’s so welcoming and has an “x” factor of a place that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The location is so peaceful and is a short walk to the little downtown area. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time and Kelly made the reservations and arrival so easy and smooth. Rented the whole house for out of state family members for our son’s wedding. Great experience!

Stayed at the Applegate Inn on December 7th for the Augusta Christmas Walk. Room was absolutely fabulous and cozy as can be. Breakfast the next morning was off the charts with a home made apple muffin followed by an omelet with fresh cilantro. Owners are gracious and there for whatever you need. If your in Augusta looking for a Bed and Breakfast, this is the place to be!

This is our favorite little get-a-way in Augusta! We keep coming back year after year. Love the close location; it is walking distance to the Katy trail, wineries, and dinner. All the suites are lovely with separate entrances. Oh and breakfast is amaizing!!! Come hungry. ❤️
