We would have been new customers, BUT we waited and then was told the girl had an appointment with someone else and we would need to wait until someone else came in.If they don't appreciate new customers with large deposits, I don't do business with them! Very unprofessional and rude.We are going to another bank.

I have never had a problem doing banking at Arvest in the last 10 years with the exception of this location. It took them over an hour to try to make a deposit, which they still couldn't do. Another location was able to do this in less than 5 minutes. It was a waste of fuel and time to try to do business with this branch location.

They were able to work through a complicated situation with adding a child out of state to my account. Easily set up e signatures and even a debit card. Awesome employees!!

I have a camper financed at Arvest and love their great rates. I have never had a problem and have been with Arvest here in Aurora for six years. They have always been most courteous when I've had to do business inside the lobby.

Your Aurora branch doesn’t open at 7 like most. Why? Little Shell Knob does! I have to be at work at 8 so now I have to find time to go back. Very inconvenient!

WORST customer service I have ever in my life dealt with. I had two overdraft fees for a credit card payment that came through automatically. I saw it same day and moved money from my savings to checking and they charged me $17 twice! I had never overdrafted before so I called and they wouldn’t waive them in a time of crisis they wouldn’t waive the fees not either of them! I’m pulling all of my business with them out and I will be telling everyone I know this is a HORRIBLE horrible company.

I went in and talked to a lady about a home loan for my papa . She called him and mailed a packet . He filled out an app and sent it in around Thanksgiving. Dec 12 he received a letter that they wanted some additional information. He sent that in before Jan 1. He called several times to check the status, but never received a returned call, and she was never in the office. He moved here to Aurora and opened up a checking account here in town . He went

Went in to get some change and they wouldn’t give change because I didn’t have a checking account. I have a car loan through them but I guess that wasn’t good enough for business. I will never step foot in there again.

Absolutely excellent! Liliana Looez Garcia handled everything we needed. Quickly, efficiently and professionally. Kailee on the teller line was great! We left Monett Arvest because they had a line out the door, no one greeting or even saying 'Hi'. At least 30 min wait for a teller...that is not taking care of your customers!! Thank you Aurora for considering this Arkansas Arvest Bank customer of 30+ years important enough to staff for!
