I'm so glad we finally have an AT &T store in Aurora!!! I was having trouble with my Galaxy S21 FE charging. Laura and Josiah were fantastic!!! They are very knowledgeable, and took the time necessary to make sure they addressed the problem, and worked until it was resolved. My phone is now fully charging, and I no longer have any issues with my phone charging. Excellent customer service. Thank you guys!!!!

I was very pleased to have stumbled into this store in search of a new phone. The manager Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was transferring from the ios system to android. Laura was courteous and professional and made sure all my pictures, and documents transfered over.
