Got my car inspected here. The mechanic who did the inspection was really friendly and even called me into the shop area to bring to my attention some suspension problems and alignment issues i was having. Then even explained how I could go about doing some temporary adjustments/repairs myself in the mean time since i was currently strapped for cash at the moment. Theyve also came to my rescue when i was stranded on a curvy/hilly back highway and towed both me and my blazer back to Marionville.

Worst company ever I would not recommend no matter what do not take it to them my car sat there for weeks and they haven’t even looked at it or even touched it so I decided to take some place else they even admitted they didn’t even diagnosed the problem and they still wanna charge me I really hope some other person decides to make a mechanic shop around this area and actually be competent

Our head blew and timing was off had our car for 3 months every time we called it was some kind of excuse. We took the head to another mechanic he had it done over a weekend took it back to double eagle and they had it for a month before they put in on. I suggest no one go to them they are not mechanics are they are as a tow truck company. They tried to charge 1600 for the car to not even be running we towed it to another mechanic. Worst company ever.

Nice People , Not so much with working on Autos, took truck in for a gasket, came out with no new gasket, bit a water pump, and a water leak. $819.00 later.. Not always best to use your local shops.. [Get a couple different places to look at your autos before letting one work on it.

Called up on day for a vehicle inspection. I inquired if they could fit me in that morning. The fellow stated to bring it on in.
The place has changed some since my kast visit there when it was under a differentname! ( I apologize in advance for me forgetting names ) .
The lady at the desk was awesome! We chatted about all sorts of things. The waiting area was nice, clean and festive for fall and Halloween. Nice job 👏
The technician who performed my inspection was as equally impressive ! He spoke with me afterwards for about five minutes. They're both quite the advocates for your company!

Incompetent and overpriced.
Went in to replace a leaking hose for my power steering. Came back to pay over $400 in LABOR ALONE. For reference, the vehicle was only there and being worked on for, presumably, about a day (dropped it off Monday at 3, picked the vehicle up Wednesday around the same time). How long did they work on it to justify such a price?! Even if they banged out a ten-hour shift on my truck alone (which there's no way in Hell replacing the hose would've taken so long) that's over $40 PER HOUR.
Adding insult to injury, I drove to work and heard a horrible scraping noise coming from the engine and thought it might be the belt because of where the sound was coming from. No. My husband popped the hood and found a wrench wedged up inside of the belt area. So, either they missed a whole wrench while diagnosing/working on my vehicle, or they're the ones that left it behind in the first place. Either way, the situation REEKS of not only incompetence, but gross negligence on their part. This could've been an extremely costly repair had the wrench wound up anywhere delicate.
Will most definitely not be taking it back, and I urge others to exercise caution when bringing anything more complicated than an oil change their way.
You'll be paying out the gills for shoddy work.

My husband got the truck back after brakes and other things done truck still made noise and my husband had told the owner he said it's ceramic brakes and thats what they do come to find out they put his brakes on wrong won't ever go.back

Do not recommend taking your vehicle to new owners !!!!!!!!Made an apt to have my truck looked at to see if it had transmission problems or possibly something else. On the fifth day of them having it they still hadn’t had time to look at it. At the end of the day I called again to be sure they said they still hadn’t had time to look at it so I said I was coming to pick it up in 15 min. When I got there they said I owed 85$ for diagnosing it. I literally just got off the phone 15 minutes ago and they said they still hadn’t looked at it yet they wouldn’t give me the keys unless I paid them.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
