It’s a nice store but the girl that checked out my stuff wouldn’t give me a bag for my liquid toilet bowl cleaner. I asked twice for a bag and she just put it in a bucket that I was purchasing and was like “you can just put it in here.” Um I just wanted a bag… guess that’s too much to ask..? Not going to be happy if it leaks in my car.

This is my buddy Coltons store, so I might be a little biased lol I really dig these stores. They literally have everything! I always stop in for mini moon pies for the grandsons and dove ice cream bars for me ? but I always end up with a basket of stuff I didn't know I needed! ???? I highly recommend them everywhere and the aurora, mo store in particular. Nuff Sed! ?

WHAT IS THE POINT IN CLOSING AT 9 if your customers can’t make a last minute run to the store at 8:54….It’s my daughters first birthday without her dad and I worked until 8:00 and got her some cheap gifts at Walmart only to come here for gift bags SIX MINUTES to close time, would have been in and out only for the doors to be locked. THANKS FOR NOTHING. If your employees don’t want to be on the clock, LET THEM GO, they are hurting business

My wife spends her whole check here all the time, BUT.. noticed customer service has been a little edgy lately and then tonight we are in there and our son was bouncing a ball, which we told him to quit and put it up but before he could she comes around the corner and yells at him for it... absolutely not. If you hate your job that much, quit.

Found some things we wanted that part was great but the checkout was a joke the clerk was slow then ring up too many items then told us would have to get something else because THEY DONT REFUND ANY MO EY..If the clerk had knowed how to use a register this would not have happen. SO IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE JUST WATCH THE CLERK ON THE REGISTER.....

I was in after lunch today and there was a line that seemed to never get shorter. Even when I looked around some and got in line to checkout it was 6-8 people long. 2 employees came in and just walked to the back without even looking at the line. After 2/3 customers were waited on they came back in the front door and opened another register. Immediately after this the "presumed manager" interrupted the original cashier, with people in line, to explain a job she wanted done. Since when are the customers the least important things in the store? "Come In By My House" was a phrase I preached to my people for priorities while working.CustomersInventory ControlBookkeepingMerchandisingHousekeepingYour business lives on customer service and every little issue is amplified with each occurrence until the public chooses to go elsewhere. I could see the frustration on people's faces in front and behind me. I used to frequent that store often. Now it's every 4 to 6 weeks.

Jasmine made my day...I came in witha card issue. She went above and beyond to help me get the things I needed. Even though the employees didn't know the answers to the extraordinary circumstances they all went out of their way to find a solution.
