“This is the gym for serious lifters. Old equipment but amazing quality! This is not the planet fitness/cheerleader/TR type of gym! Think of Arnaldo Schwarzenegger or Ronnie Coleman in their prime! This gym reminds me of that era. Metal weight clinging and sweaty muscles pumping! More dumbbell variety than any other gym. Lowest price around! Even cheap for a day pass. Best thing is.. during the day it's empty! A lot of the time I have the gym all to myself! Scream, grunt or yell all you want.”
