Last Friday in Aurora Murphy's my car locked leaving my keys, purse and phone in car. Melisa was working inside and offered me her phone to use and she found my daughter on Facebook and messaged her. A great big Thank you to Melisa for being so kind and helpful.

Obviously the store is under new management! The shelves are stocked, store is clean & they finally have hot water in the restroom!

I just assumed every Murphy's made sure their pumps were on early in the morning for the passing workers until I passed this store one day and went to Monett. Here the pumps are always on and the manager who is always working almost is just the best, always friendly and helpful. Really great customer service

Cathy is the rudest person I have ever came across. She is worse than a Karen. She gets an attitude when people ask for thing they have to get out of the back. She huffs about actually do her job. She huffs when she gets busy and has to answer questions. This lady should not be in any customer service job.

It is a long story here is the short of it.The manager who has been at this store for years is rude very rude.I have been using this store for years personally and for business,I have spent 200.00 just this week and will never spend another dollar at this store as long as she works there and will pass it along to everyone i know.We have locally owened businesses in town and that is where I will spend my money from now on.It is the principle of it.
