Thunder Bay Car Wash? More like Thunder Bust. Half the wash options were out of order, leaving me with a half-cleaned car and a full dose of frustration. What's the point of offering choices if they don't function? Save your money and your time; this place is a gamble you're likely to lose.

This place is what a car wash should be š water pressure is excellent wide selection of cleaners and spray types. Separate scrub brushes for vehicles and wheels! Also tried the auto wash. First one that not only didnt piss me off,but I was extremely satisfied with the job it did. I highly recommend it to one and all! Nuff Sed! š¤

Be aware of the strobing light when going through the automatic car wash. Very severe if you are sensitive to flashing lights!

I visit this car wash regularly since it's opening. It is always well maintained and the two guys that work here are very nice . They recently upgraded to the soft touch auto wash.

Took my car in there two days ago went home to find where the ātouch freeā peeled the paint off my car! Called the guy and he wanted to be rude and tell us āitās the paint job we got doneā even though itās a factory paint job?.. Iāve never had this problem until today and he was very rude about it! I donāt recommend going here AT ALL!

The best carwash around for the money. There's an attendant there everyday that is willing to assist the customer until 5. They will even drive your vehicle through the automatics if you wish. Even washing after hours is safe with several security cameras on the property. Vacuums were strong and prices were lower than in Springfield. I tried the other wash in town and it was less expensive but took longer to wash so it's probably about the same.Services: Vacuuming

The foam brush scratched up the hood of my car, and I talked to the owner about it and he acted like it was my fault and refused to give me his insurance info. So if at all possible avoid this place of business

I was very disrespected and talked bad to by the owner, I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. Poor service extremely bad attitude, I seriously felt unsafe if I could give it a no star
