Great service, internet is fast and reliable, we've had 1 outage due to an unknown reason but they are able to come out and fix the day of. Very satisfied with the service

I’m 2.5 yrs of service we have never had an outage. There was one this morning. I called customer service & they reported it. Not only did they have us up & running quickly, I had received a personal phone call letting me know the problem & when to expect it to be resolved. This was handled expertly!! Love Phynx Fiber!!!!
