Internet service is good so far. Not quite hitting a gig in most areas of the house. Otherwise pleased with the service. The guys who came to install were knowledgeable and nice. The only reason I took away a star is because we had to call/email multiple times to stay in top of being scheduled for installation. We were told two different dates for installation and it still was not installed until the next week. We were initially told it would 3 weeks from our deposit but it was 4 weeks by the time we got everything fully installed.

Phynx Internet service and customer service are 5 star, but as soon as you cancel service for financial reasons they can't seem to get a deposit refunded in a timely manor. Their process as described to me is almost as old as I am. I was told by the end of this week, but have not received it. It has been two months since I cancelled my service and have bills to pay why in 2023 does a top notch tech company fail at what should not take two months for a refund?

Great service, internet is fast and reliable, we've had 1 outage due to an unknown reason but they are able to come out and fix the day of. Very satisfied with the service

I’m 2.5 yrs of service we have never had an outage. There was one this morning. I called customer service & they reported it. Not only did they have us up & running quickly, I had received a personal phone call letting me know the problem & when to expect it to be resolved. This was handled expertly!! Love Phynx Fiber!!!!

After struggling for years with horrible internet service living in the country, a major event happened. We heard Phynx Fiber was coming out our way! We could not get signed up fast enough, we were SO excited ! We had been hearing great things about them and hoping it was all true. Let me tell you, it was!!!! No more lagging, buffering,and can't connect to the internet like we had been experiencing with the other non fiber services we had tried. Phynx Fiber is FAST and RELIABLE!! A total game changer!! I could not be happier with their service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
