“I recently and always have the best experices with all the staff at town and country but most of all Jessica parsons at the window is always kind , quick and efficient and always has me leaving with a smile. A couple of weeks back I pulled in line to about seven or eight cars and thought I was going to be there forever , nope everyone ahead of me was dealt with in a quick and timely manner and all 8 of us had come and gone within five minutes or so and come to find out it was Jessica at the window . I just feel like no one ever shows any appreciation to the people that help make our lives a little better and I hope this gets passed along thank u town and country bank and thank u most of all to my favorite teller Jessica !!!”
“I've personally never had a problem with this bank. Anytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and offered the services I request. If I have questions about my accounts, my questions are answered honestly; and if the answers aren't immediately known, they're investigated immediately, and relayed to me. Anytime I've had issues with my accounts, for example a fraud block, the issue was solved through the team that works there- in a timely fashion. I find Ava's Century Bank to be really nice with people who will actually invest time into getting to know who you are, and nowadays that's a really unique trait.”

“I was having a problem with my online banking. I went in to the Ava branch and the tellers were very friendly. I was helped by the Branch Manager, Sheena. She was so pleasant and kept on the problem until all was well. I walked out with a smile on my face.”
