The customer service was very rude although the woman was trying to be polite. They explain to me that I could not drop off a package there until she seen my label and then she said well if it is complete you can drop it off I said well ma’am I have to keep my label on here could you type it on here for me she said no but we could sell you some tape and then you could leave the package with us. I found that very disrespectful. She explained me that I could go to PC express and they would handle my package and all I needed better. She was correct I would go to PC express And drop off my packages if I were anyone else I will never go to the store again for that reason.
