My wife and I recently obtained new phones at the Verizon Russell Cellular location in Ava Missouri. It was a very good experience. The young lady who helped us was knowledgeable and courteous.

On mounth 3 holy cow don't buy from this place. They tell you one thing and do another and you are stuck calling around trying to fix there mess up. I've been patient and trying I think 3 months is enough. Last time I put 1 Star I got a response maybe this time they will fix the issue.

Holy cow that's all I got to say.. my experience with version this was the worst..I have been with them many years If you sell phones sell phones no big deal don't pretend to know things and take away someone's history of simple things or memories In pictures or even an old contact... How would you like years and years just gone because I want decide to delete everything you have recorded in last let's just say 5 yrs would you feel the same I do? Good luck to all who are losing things at this very moment I am sorry for your loss.. Just telling the truth

It was amazing! I got another phone line, new phone and a phone upgrade on existing line. I now only have to spend five dollars more a month. Yay!
