I have used All Surface for carpeting multiple times and continue to go back for the wonderful service and quality work. This time we did LVP and I am so happy with the amazing job Adam and Gage did. So prompt, professional, and talented. Looking forward to them coming back to do our bathroom. Can’t recommend them enough.

I own a shower door business, St. Louis Shower Door. I stopped into All Surface Flooring to see if they had any scrap old carpet to use in my business to Protect customer's floors when we bring in glass to install in showers. They were very helpful and actually gave me a stack of old samples to use. Way more than I needed.
Thanks to them, I will be able to provide the protection I need for my customers for a very long time. The person was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Many thanks.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ALL SURFACE FLOORING WAS AWESOME. WE HAVE TO START WITH OUR VINYL AND BASEBOARD INSTALLERS, BRAD AND DALE. THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANY PROS BETTER THAN THESE GUYS. THEY ARE BOTH ABSOLUTELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED. WE ARE. THANK YOU BRAD AND DALE. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE OWNER, ROY, WHO TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN OUR PROJECT. IT COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT HIM. CODY AND OWEN WERE ALSO INSTRUMENTAL IN SETTING THE PROJECT IN MOTION. We had an excellent experience with our carpet installation from All Surface Flooring. Owen was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the carpet selection process. Our installers, Matt and Pat, were not only punctual and friendly but also highly skilled. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly. They took care of moving the furniture, and when they finished, the room looked exactly as it did before—only with beautifully installed new carpet. We highly recommend All Surface Flooring!

We had all new hardwood installed by All Surface Flooring and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! The young man that installed it was very knowledgeable about the flooring and he did an amazing job installing it. It is absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend them enough. Be sure and ask for Shane to do your install!

The folks at All Surface Flooring were great. From Owen in the showroom to Caleb and Wilson who came to our home to install 1800 sq ft of carpeting. We went to the showroom several times and took home many samples before finally deciding on a carpet that we liked for our home. Owen was very patient and accommodating and let us take our time deciding without any pressure. Caleb and Wilson were a pleasure to have in our home. They were professional, friendly, and took their time doing the job the right way. We will definitely recommend All Surface Flooring to all of our friends.

All Surface Flooring was fantastic from start to finish. Bruce, at the shop, was so friendly and helpful in the process of picking the flooring. Dale, Brad, Kyle, Caleb and Wilson were so great with installation of the hardwood and carpet. They were so careful with moving the furniture and didn't damage a thing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the final product. They did a wonderful job!!

All Surface Flooring has exceptional service. We worked with several sales associates who helped us find the right carpet. All were very informative and wanted us to take several samples home to see what it looked like in our lighting. The installers Pat and Matt did a great job moving furniture, installing the carpet, and cleaning up. They did a great job with the carpet seams. I have no idea where they are. Would recommend All Surface to anyone who was looking for quality flooring with excellent service.

This is the second time, All Surface Flooring, installed flooring in our home. Brad and Dale were extremely professional and very personable. They went above our expectations. They did a high quality job in a timely manner. Any questions, as a homeowner, were answered and completely explained in detail. We are 100% satisfied with the final completion of steps and flooring. 5 out of 5 stars.

We are extremely pleased with every aspect of the basement flooring project. From the initial sales process (Owen) to the contract resolution to the actual installation and completion of the project, everyone involved was very professional, helpful, and committed to doing an outstanding job to our satisfaction —and they did! The manager (Bruce) couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional in handling the bumps and timing issues we encountered (all of our own doing), and resolving them willingly and quickly to our satisfaction. Kudos to him!
The installers (Brad and Dale) are true craftsmen and worked diligently to clean up, install the flooring, and complete the job on time. And the finished product is truly beautiful and expertly laid.
We will certainly recommend AllSurface Flooring to our friends and anyone who asks for our recommendation. These are truly excellent business people who provide the world class kind of customer service you always look for, but hardly ever receive in today’s world.
