Horrible company to work for. You have no sick time or paid time off. You don't even get vacation! You earn it slowly 2 hours a paycheck and use that if you need a day off. The company is so old school. You have to dress up daily even though no one ever comes into the office. You are also an "at will" employee if you have ever heard of that. I had to google it. Basically you can be fired any time any day and they don't have to give you a reason. Very shady company.
