“I just started using Giannini's Auto Service and I'm so glad I did. They are wonderful. I just had my car in for service because I'm taking it on a trip and thank goodness I took it to Giannini's. They did a complete trip check on my car and found several things that needed attention before I took it on a trip. They fixed everything in one day and provided me with a list of several fluids that should be replaced when I return from my trip. I've had my car checked before every trip I take but never checked as thoroughly as Giannini's did for me. They're been in business for a long time and their expertise and customer service is why. They are also great on communicating with their customers. I got a welcome letter after the first time they worked on my car along with a complete packet of their services and they keep me informed about when they would be finished with my car. “We have had two dents removed by them. They did a great job both times The second dent was a small pin point dent. They were upfront with us and told us it might not be able to be get that one out. We went to get the car, the dent was gone! So happy with the service and the staff is great. Highly recommend this place!”
