Worst and most horrific experience the owner scared me so bad today...never been thus scaredcl.in my life . Thursday took car I specifically told the meanest man in the world had a slow leak in my front left tire NIT A VALVE a slow leak. Just got out ofvthe hospital due to.an illness was going to Chicago for 24 hours ticket and hotel already paid for 6 months ago.... I am on a leave of absense so not alot of money at the moment I went out Friday a.m. to leave for chicago TIRE COMPLETELY FLAT COMPLETELY needless to say couldn't go lost everything Been depressed for days went to talk to him about it today he yelled so loud and actually scared me . If you want to get treated horrifically and be disgraced go there I guess. Worst experience ever

My good friend took her car here on my recommendation. They treated her with honesty and respect. They were able to fix a problem that another shop said was impossible without totalling her car. All for just 350! I highly recommend giving this company your business.

Did not have much of an experience here. I was baffled at the way I was treated I was too shocked to say anything in the moment. I arrived late which was entirely my fault and immediately took accountability for it. Things happen and I was already having a terrible morning. What baffled me was whoever the man was, in charge of the store, yelling at me while there was someone waiting in the open area. I understand being upset that someone is late but you do not yell at them, give them a dirty look, and walk away from them. I don’t know what possessed him to yell at me that way, or treat me so disrespectfully but I let it go. I made an appointment for a later date. After I left I called Dobbs in Ballwin who were much more understanding, incredibly kind, and efficient. I was not going to write this review initially, but after having a completely different and highly pleasant experience elsewhere, I felt like this review needed to be posted. Please do not ever yell at your customers and talk down on them. It is incredibly hurtful and bad for business.

In my opinion, it's an excellent place with extremely considerate and helpful staff. Nowadays, finding good people in this business can be quite challenging, but they are definitely an exception. The guest area with numerous antique items and a vast collection adds to the charm. I look forward to visiting them for all my car needs in the future.Second visit: Tire and wipers change, again excellent work done by them. Took hardly 1-1:30 hours and back on road, excellent alignment and fix the issue with wiper motion as well. Very helpful and very reasonable. I would suggest them to create online invoices and customer can pay online using ACH and without credit card too.

A/C wasn't working in our car. Had a few people look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Was recommended this location and within hours Scott had fixed it! We were able to pick it up same day which is a huge plus to me. He was incredibly helpful and trustworthy. We will be taking our vehicles here from now on.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have been going to Ballwin auto center for some time, for a few things like battery replacement, radio replacement, caliper replacement and a few other engine fixes. The owner, Scott, always goes the extra mile with his service, and charges extremely fair prices overall. His availability is always good, and front office admin, Kathy, is always so helpful in scheduling something soon. I'm thankful to have them locally and cannot recommend them enough.Services: Battery
