I am impressed with the dealership; I already knew the Nissan quality reputation. The salesperson I dealt with, Greg Kimbrell is a polished professional who comes across as being one of the best in the industry but pretty approachable. He had suggestions that made good and practical sense and proved he is as great a listener as he is a salesman (I asked about his credentials, which are impressive). I'd definitely recommend this dealership over anyone else selling Nissan. And I'd defi nite;ly search out Greg. I've already recommended him to 3 friends. Wayne N.

This Nissan dealership is pretty nice and, from what I've seen, attends their customers very quickly when walking in! The dealership, like most others, is clean and well lit, and even has some great and friendly service! When I took my car to service here, the man attending me was very nice and even helped me fix an issue on my profile in their system. The service was quick and I even had some snacks while waiting (the back of the building on the left side of the front door)! Great for the kiddos.

In April I dropped my Xterra off for a routine oil change. The service associate called to inform me I had a differential leak in the rear and the seal needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the work done on both the front and rear. The total was nearly $850. When I went to pay, the clerk advised me that unless I was paying with a debit card there would be an additional 1.5% fee. The average person doesn't have $850 laying around for unforeseen repairs and would charge this to a credit card. I paid the additional fee and later wrote a letter to the service manager and to their corporate office regarding this fee and received no response; no surprise there. Last I checked, the fees charged to the business by the credit card company are the cost of doing business. As a business, if you don't want to pay those fees then you have the option of not accepting credit cards. I would strongly advise NOT taking your vehicle to a Bommarito dealership for repairs or any other routine maintenance unless you want to pay Bommarito's credit card service fees.

Mark Eversgerd is amazing!! Bought a car from him and liked the experience so much, took my daughter to buy one from him as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole intimidating process seamless. Can not recommend this car dealership enough! - Camille and Tessa

6 years ago, I bought my Nissan Altima here and it was a great experience. When it comes to repairs, they've always provided excellent service too, but let me provide some background on why I'm just now leaving them a review. As a woman who knows next-to-nothing about cars (except for the fact that I wish I could survive the suburbs without one), I've always been nervous to get scammed when I go somewhere for a car repair. Every time I go to a mechanic, it seems like they find a million things "wrong" with my car. However, since buying my car in 2017, I've been to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin over 10 times (which I just double checked on Carfax) and did not once have a negative experience. Last year, it was time for me to replace my tires. I thought, hmm I should save money and go somewhere that's not the dealership. So I got 2 tires put in at Place A and a few months later bought the other 2 tires at Place B. After years of letting my guard down (thanks to the honest service I had received at Bommarito Nissan Ballwin), I was swiftly reminded of why I hate going anywhere else. Both of the aforementioned places found numerous issues with my car, and they were actually different issues at each place (even though they were only a few months apart). I spent hundreds of dollars each time fixing things in addition to the tires. For my emissions inspection this year, I knew I needed to return to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin to receive timely, honest, and overall excellent service. They did an amazing job and didn't make any unreasonable recommendations. Don't believe the misconception that dealerships are more expensive than a regular mechanic when it comes to taking care of your car. I actually SAVE money by going to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin, because I know they are only recommending repairs that I need. They are honest with me when something may require service in the near future but is not too urgent so that I can save up. If you don't know a lot about cars, you need someone you can trust to help you maintain yours. For that reason alone, I highly recommend this place! They also have a nice waiting area (with a quiet room and WiFi), services are done in a timely manner, appointments are easy to schedule, and a loaner car is provided if needed and scheduled in advance. I've worked with Tyler for my last few visits and he has been wonderful. I'm so grateful for the level of integrity and support he has provided to me!

On the day of purchase, we had a relatively positive experience at this dealership. Unfortunately, we feel differently now that it's 6 weeks later. We worked with Teddy as our salesperson and Dan in finance. Dan gave the hard sell for the extended warranty package. My husband and I needed time to discuss it. He guaranteed that it was 100% cancellable at any time - without fees if we cancelled it later that month and could then be cancelled even later into the contract. He said we could call him as soon as a couple of days later to cancel. Well, we did. 48 hours later we called to cancel it. He said that it could not be cancelled as the account number had not yet been assigned. He said to call back when got our first bill. So, we did. He didn't answer and there was no voicemail set up. We called again; no voicemail. We emailed and he responded briefly but did not acknowledge or confirm the request to cancel the extended warranty. We continued to call and email. He finally got his voicemail set up. Several voicemails and emails have been left for him and now the general manager with no response. The lack of communication and loyalty to his word is frustrating; combined with the possible loss of funds due to his failure to communicate is aggravating. If he and Bommarito contact us to remedy this situation, then this review will be appropriately updated. My initial review was written on a Saturday. I have been contacted by email and phone regarding this issue (it is now Monday). I am to know within two billing cycles as to whether everything has been remedied as requested.

We were in a jam. Memorial Day weekend, Saturday morning . The passenger power window went down and would not close. Our only car, a 2015 Rogue I called Bommarito Nissan Ballwin and explained our situation. I was told to bring the car in but with no guarantee that service would be available. Upon arrival Mark McBee greeted us like we were his best customers and friends. After hearing our situation, Mr McBee said not to worry although full booked he would make sure we were taken care of. Mr McBee and his team diagnosed the situation. The main or principal wire harness was shorting the electrical components of our Rogue. He explained he could have the right parts by Wednesday and the car repaired. Additionally he informed us of a recall outstanding for our Rogue and said he would take care of that as well. Lastly and most unexpectedly, Mr McBee recognizing our "only car situation " arranged for a loaner car. Many thanks! We will make sure we tell our friends and associates about this great service and experience at Bommarito Nissan Ballwin!! I highly recommend Mr McBee and Bommarito Nissan Ballwin.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! Horrible service. NO communication. We bought a used SUV from them and 200 miles later/ 3 weeks the transmission went out! Took them 4 weeks to put in a used one and a week to get a loaner. Then after it was "fixed" there was an obvious grinding noise that they said was "our problem" . We also needed the windshield replaced which they said they ordered but here we are a month later while they say we never scheduled a windshield replacement.

Bought a used truck there. Got it sight un seen. They had paperwork ready, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes. Two weeks out, the truck is everything I expected it to be.

Purchased a new 2021 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve. Navigation system doesn't work and had multiple issues. Transmission has major issues and the truck lurches when trying to stop or start. Truck accelerates very slowly and doesn't respond well. Steering when in four wheel drive is rough and very jumpy. Center screen does not respond well to touch. Driver seat heater doesn't work. Cruise control isn't very good. So, Nissan produced a vehicle with a lot of problems. Bommarito sold it and now won't address the issues. This is the fifth trip back to the dealership.

I can only speak for the service Dept. it is absolutely to the utmost the best experience we have had from Nissan dealer in the STL area .That Nissan Suntrup place we purchased our Murano from has the worst service Department ever .... It takes 2-3 months just for oil change , car wash is never open or working... we have no plans to go back...!!! Do yourself a favor and come to Bommarito Nissan ...

I did not purchase my Nissan Xterra here but have been going here fairly regularly for service. It's close to home and they do a nice job. I do feel you have to pay close attention and ask questions when they are trying to upsell you when there for service. They do it every time. I realize that's their job but sometimes they talk fast and act like it's no big deal but then it takes forever, costs a lot, and you didn't really need it. After 153,000 miles I have retired the Xterra.

Things started out fine for my wife and I. We picked out the kind of maxima we wanted but they didn't have the color we wanted. They said they can get it. We'd have to pay the $199 delivery fee for the guy to bring it from Chicago. It took a couple days to be delivered. When we sat down to talk numbers, the price was more than we agreed. I showed him the text but he lied straight to my face and said we talked about this cost on the phone. What? We text everything. The only reason hint we talked about verbally was appointment times. Cost was never brought up. I'd never deal with these guys. If prices change in a few days, I can understand that. Maybe a promotion expired or something. Don't lie to my face and say we talked about something we didn't. That's jus slimy.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Rogue here around July 2019. They pulled the typical stalling tactics of making you spend an entire afternoon there when it could have taken two hours tops (I knew exactly what I wanted already and did not need to test drive). I didn't have the title to my trade in with me (there was a whole complicated situation with getting it ready), but they accepted it anyways. Around three weeks passed before I got the title in the mail to Bommarito. At that time, I got antsy because they had not given me all my paperwork to get my car titled, and called down there (it had actually already got to their office, but I assume it had not been reviewed). They gave me the run around, and said they would not give me anything until the other title arrived. I said over and over that I had sent it and it was in the mail. Finally, after maybe 6 or 7 calls, they realized they had it...and I said if that was the case then they needed to bring my paperwork to me (as a couple more days had passed and the deadline to get my car titled was looming). They did not want to do this, instead, they wanted me to leave work and come and get it. I thought that was pretty rude, after they made me waste a significant amount of time arguing with them, when they had both documents that whole time...After hours of time wasted I eventually got my title. Then after maybe six months of driving the car, all the electronics in the steering wheel started malfunctioning, specifically, the lights completely stop working in the wheel. The dealership ordered a new part, had me drive out, and they worked on it for around three hours. When I drove off, the electronics were all reset, so I immediately had to turn around and go back. After another twenty minutes, I finally got to leave, only to realize they did absolutely nothing...I wasted a whole Saturday for nothing to be fixed. Now (as in present day), the dealership calls me up, and tells me I need to schedule routine maintenance. I asked if they will actually fix my steering wheel? Further, I requested that my appointment be with a manager and someone I can hold accountable if something else went wrong. In the middle of this, the schedule just stated that I can just talk to her manager and transfers me to a voicemail. These are all just examples of the unprofessional, careless, and inept way this business operates. Considering how much money I spent here, shopping at this business was one of the most significant mistakes of my life. I would never recommend this business to anyone, and would advise anyone shopping for a vehicle to avoid this business.

So since my survey link expired I'm left with no other option but to go here to tell my tale. About 2 weeks ago now I come out to my car in front of my house to find my mirror damaged. Thank goodness they left a note. Next day called them and insurance and Bommarito. Figured since I've had the car less than a year and they were the ones I got it from...best to go back there. I was sadly mistaken. They said it would be almost a week to get kn for an estimate. New years was in there. So I figured eh that makes sense. Got it in Friday. The appointment was for an estimate only. Was there an hour only to find out they decided to do an oil change that I didn't need for another 2500 miles. When you get free ones with car purchase...guess thats an easy way to rush people thru them. Got the estimate. Called insurance. They conferenced with dealer for the appt. Another week out on a friday. Drop my car off early. Wake up to a call from the service tech. "Ummm we are very sorry but it appears we ordered the wrong part". I'm stunned...but mistakes happen so I picked it back up again with the promise from the dealer they will call me early Monday and come pick it up then shuttle it back on completion. Monday...no call. I call them around noon. They say they tried to call me. No missed calls. Absolutely nothing in my call log. So I drive it up there and get a shuttle home. Almost 2 hours later another call. This time from service manager. "We still dont have the part in." By now I want to laugh. In an effort to make it right they come pick me up, get me in a rental for the night saying it will be done the next day. Next morning I finally get the news it's done! But her comes next hiccup. They still hadnt given me a total cost and when I asked it was over $100 more than the estimate. So I said well insurance said to send them a supplement for that and they'd pay difference. "Lemme talk to manager and call you back". I called insurance. They spent 30 minutes getting thru to the dealer. And we are told...."oh we didnt know this was an insurance claim." Now...I want to cry. Another night in the rental while details are sorted with supplement. Then they tell me ..wellll we cant release your car till we get insurance check or you pay. So I paid $165 out of pocket to rescue my car from being held hostage and am patiently awaiting the insurance check. I absolutely loved the sales team here. They made it smooth and fun. The service team.....has been a nightmare of epic proportions. I finally have my car back and am praying the next few oil changes go smoother than the rest of my experiences here.
