I was so nervous to start at Burn because I had never been comfortable in group classes and saw myself as not athletic at all. I have been here now almost 4 years and I love it. Every trainer is wonderful and kind. I go to many camp times depending on my schedule and have felt comfortable in each one. The other members are all friendly and encouraging. It really is a wonderful community that has helped me gain confidence in my own strength and abilities.

I have been a member at Burn Boot Camp for 5 years and don’t intend to leave. The trainers and staff are the best in the business! Not only do they provide top notch training, nutritional information and one on one guidance, there is a sense of community that I’ve never experienced in a gym before. Young or old, in shape or not at all, it doesn’t matter. Trainers are excellent at pushing you to be your best as well as providing modifications for any limitations/injuries you may have.

I love this gym! I love that I get to do something different everyday that challenges me and I don’t have to think about it-I just show up! I really appreciate the focus on victories and celebrations-no matter the type. This isn’t a gym I feel I need to be a certain size or shape to fit in-everyone is welcomed and celebrated! I also love the child watch and half the time my daughter cries because she doesn’t want to leave. In a year and a half, I’m down 40 lbs and more importantly, feel stronger and more confident everyday. My kids think mommies are the strongest in the family and I love that they get to see and be a part of watching women be active and strong and take care of their bodies and minds. A year and a half in, I miss it when I go too long without a class and the cardio days I used to dread are some of my favorite. I highly recommend if you are looking for a supportive and friendly environment to continue or get back into a regular routine.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have never been a fan of the gym, but the class atmosphere and the encouraging words from the other campers as well as the trainers just keep me coming back. I have been a member now for almost a year and a half and go 5 days a week. When I started, I went maybe 2.....but now, I push myself at the gym, and I push myself outside of those doors too because I have more confidence. There are people of all ages, all at different places in their fitness journeys, and we all come together for an hour a day to do something for OURSELVES. If you are questioning it - just walk through the door and try a 7 day trial. I can promise you that you won't regret it.

I joined Burn Boot Camp almost 3 years ago, and can’t imagine my life without it. I’ve been active my whole life, but never felt strong or knew what I was capable of! Initially, I hoped to lose a bit of weight and wasn’t sure if it would be something I’d stick to…or give up on. What I’ve received is incredible!Each day I walk in those doors, I know I’m doing something for myself…gaining mental and physical strength, building relationships, and feeling empowered.The trainers are incredible, the workouts are challenging, and the community is amazing!

I’ve always loved being active, but would find myself in spurts where I’d workout and other times where I wouldn’t. I joined Burn Boot Camp in April 2021, and never looked back. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been and I feel so much more knowledgeable about my overall health and nutrition as well from my focus meetings with the trainers. The people in this gym and the trainers are truly the best.

I was working out regularly for years at home but once I stepped into BURN , I never went back to my home gym! The trainers are top notch, very well trained in providing excellent coaching, modifications when needed, guidance for proper and safe form, nutrition, and motivation! The entire staff creates an environment welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. This makes for an incredibly uplifting and supportive community. This is definitely not your average gym or workout class, it’s special! They run many challenges throughout the year that keep me motivated, they celebrate birthdays, personal accomplishments and they also are supportive through hard times. I highly recommend coming for a visit!

Burn Boot Camp is a gym like no other! After 5+ years I’m still challenged, have never been bored or done the same workout, and am healthier than I’ve ever been.Love the accountability of their focus meetings where I can talk one on one with a trainer about issues specific to me and they are included in my membership! These sessions are primarily where I learned how to improve my nutrition.Their community is amazing! I have made incredible friends that I look forward to seeing each day. I can’t think of a better way to start my day!

Burn Manchester is an amazing place to be! I originally joined with a one month special and intended to use that to jump back into working out again, but ended up joining because I found myself going consistently! A year and a half later, I'm still going 4 days a week! You'll find people of all athletic abilities from beginners to experts and many in between. I love that the trainers push you to work hard, but also make sure you have modifications to customize the workout for your needs/ability. They really want you to be the best version of yourself! And if that isn't enough, the Burn Community is so welcoming and I've made so many new friends. If you are not sure about it, try the FREE 7 day trial and then we'll see you on day 8 because you'll love it! ;)

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I joined a little over 2 years ago with the intent to lose my extra baby weight, but couldn’t imagine how many good things I would actually gain, from confidence to friendships this gym has given me so much more. The energy and support in camp is unmatched and quite possibly the greatest way to start your morning (from a non morning person!) I love this place and keep coming back for more everyday!!!

In the past, my gym experience was move around the weightroom with my head down and get in and out as quickly as possible.Coming into Burn, I was hesitant about the camp atmosphere, but I was hooked after the first camp I took. Everybody is so welcoming; the trainers push you past your mental limitations, as well as help you modify when needed. I have never been this consistent with exercise since I left the college volleyball scene and am so thankful for the burn community.

I've been a member of Burn Manchester for more than 5 months. It's been the best decision I've made for myself in a long time. Burn is way more than a gym. I've not worked as hard nor seen the results at previous gyms and workouts as I do at Burn. The 45-min camps are amazing. Work hard. Work smart. And, done. The trainers are motivating and incredibly knowledgeable. They offer modifications for all exercises to suit all levels of athleticism. The other members are so encouraging and inspiring. You really are in this together. I'm hooked. I don't want to miss a day (Sundays are rest days, no camps). So glad I found Burn. My life is better for it.

5+ years and I’ve never done the same workout twice. Amazing supportive trainers and community. The trainers meet you where you are in your fitness journey and encourage you to find your strong. Nutritional guidance. Free childcare. Multiple class times. Free universal membership. No place like it. I have never stuck with a workout program this long! Burn Boot Camp has helped me find the athlete I never knew I was! My favorite happy place (besides the beach?)!

I have been a member of Burn Boot Camp Manchester for almost 6 years. Burn has made such a positive impact on my life both physically and mentally. I am in the best physical shape in 47 years I’ve been alive. The community at Burn is something I never expected from a gym and I couldn’t be more grateful! Everyone is so encouraging both in and out of the gym. I love my Burn family!!
