Just took delivery of our new Subaru Forester Hybrid from Dean Team Subaru yesterday, working with Tim Newberry. I am 71 years old, am a car collector, and have bought and sold more cars in my life than I can remember. I can't recall a more hassle-free experience. Offered us a fair price, honored it even though tariffs increased, delivered the car in perfect condition and spent literally hours with us explaining all the features. I could not offer one suggestion on how they could have improved the process and quite frankly didn't think this kind of dealership even existed. I would return without hesitation.

I’ve never written a review and to have this be my first one should show how great of a team this dealership is. Every person here is absolutely phenomenal and extremely welcoming and friendly, but Nate went above and beyond. He made sure I was treated as an actual human and made an actual effort to get to know me and present himself as a great guy, not just someone trying to get a sale. Now granted, he did end up getting a sale as a drove off with a brand new car but that wasn’t due to him just doing his job, but because at this Dean Team location I was treated as a family member of their own and not just a number. Nate did everything possible to ensure I was taken care of and even did more than he was asked or expected, as he didn’t stop giving effort no matter what. I’m so thankful for not just my new car but the outstanding effort by Nate and everyone else at the team.

Would not take my car here for nothing 8 year old son work on my car took my car up there charged me $700 for a tune-up check engine light came back on so I want to O'Reilly's to get rid of they said it was still misfire took it back up there the car x had my receipt and everything from the last time they worked on they said it was a new problem what's the new problem they just didn't fix the problem in the first place charge me $166 more so do not take your car to car wrecks take me to Joe best at least he's honest Chase you're not a honest business at all maybe Fox 2 needs to investigate them

Shawn was an excellent salesman to work with. The entire process was stress free. This is my 3rd vehicle from Dean Team and 2nd from Dean Team Subaru. I would highly recommend them.

Best dealership ever! I can't say enough about Sales person Luci and Sarah with Love Encore Delivery. They are all about customer satisfaction. Everyone is very thorough and nice. Don't hesitate to buy!

Ethan was amazing!!! From the moment I stepped at that lot I didn’t feel forced or like he was lying to me. For a young man you would assume he doesn’t have much experience or he wasn’t as “knowledgeable” as other dealers but that is not the case. He explained everything to me perfectly and make me feel super comfortable with my purchase. I appreciate the no lies, no forcing and truly nice attitude. This was my first finance purchase and I’m glad it was with him. Great guy, great price and a very good day. Thank you Ethan!!

the service department and advisors are excellent. They complete service in a timely fashion, have a comfortable waiting area with refreshments.
