“The people here are always very friendly, and the store is always well stocked. I specifically want to call out Will. I went in tonight and was looking for something for my son’s birthday. Will was friendly and asked if I found what I was looking for. When I mentioned the situation, Will immediately jumped in to help. He asked someone to cover the other register so he could go in back and find me what I was looking for. He said he saw one and knew exactly where it was in back. I appreciate Will for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.”

“Easy to get in and out of this store. They are usually well stocked and have most of the items I'm looking for. I've even found some of the viral items that are talked about on social media. Since I've seen a few reviews about the employees, I'd like to address some things. First, Ashley. From what I can tell, she's likely neurodivergent. Some people don't understand what it's like to deal with that. I've never had a problem with her, and I'm glad she's working and integrating into our society as best she can. A young lady like her could be drawing a disability check but instead she wants to work. Before you complain about her, check yourself. If you didn't know the signs of neurodivergence until reading this, now you know so that you can do better next time. Second, Shewit. She is the sweetest woman. She's always been helpful to me. Third, the elderly woman that keeps coming up in the reviews. That's likely Nancy. Why is Nancy still employed with Dollar Tree? I keep trying to avoid her by going to a different Dollar Tree only to find her working at the other stores too. I even went to the new store in Chesterfield, happy to think I might get a reprieve from listening to all of that, but no. She was working there. All she ever does is yell at her manager, yell at her co-workers, complain to and about customers, and talk about how she use to tend bar. I wish she'd go back to tending bar and give us customers a rest. Hopefully in a town where the 80's overly dyed, big, heavy hairspray hair is still in style. She's a very difficult person to deal with. As for the prices on merchandise, it's a discount store! When their costs go up, so does the price of the merchandise. There's plenty of other places to shop in Chesterfield if you're unhappy with the prices at a dollar store.”
“This Dollar Tree is mid-size and carries a lot of inventory. Most of the items are $1.25, with the exception of the dollar plus section where items are $3 or $5. Sunglasses are $1.50. This location had items I have not seen at other DTs, like colored extension cords and T-rex tape cutter. When the lines got long, they had 2 cashiers working that shortened the wait time at checkout. “Dollar tree is one of my favorite places to visit for assorted items and crafting needs. The price is now $1.25 for the same things rather than $1 before, but that’s okay as I have adjusted my shopping accordingly. They also have more expensive things now. They have a selection of seasonal items that are worth browsing. I have enjoyed their kids section for crafting needs. The quality of their items can be subpar, and that is reflected in their prices. They have new self checkout options that makes shopping easier there. They have a good selection of kids birthday balloons. The kirkwood location is a clean store and it is always well stocked, i like shopping there. The employee seem friendly.”
“I popped in quickly to buy a birthday card and some balloons. Everything was easy to find and the store was tidy and picked up well. I got good service at the register. All in all, I got what I needed from this visit and I would stop in again.”
“This store was completely stocked, clean and perfectly organized. I would have been able to spend hours in there. Julia was so welcoming and offered a friendly smile and conversation as we finished our transaction. It was refreshing to see such a clean store especially with the holidays around the corner.”
“This was my first visit in this particular store, and I'm very pleasantly surprised by both the selection and the prices. I always thought it looked very small from the outside, but it doesn't feel small inside at all.They have some of everything. I was able to get groceries, cat litter, cleaning supplies, random clearance items I didn't need, and I still spent way less than I would have at Walmart or Target.”
“This dollar tree has always been one of the better ones, and it's only gotten better since they have upgraded / added new products.They have a wide variety of sweets, candy, chips, drinks, etc. The craft section is top notch, including the $5 section.Yes this dollar tree has a $5 section, and the selection is actually pretty good.The staff has always been friendly when I have came in. This is definitely one of my top dollar trees I like to visit.”
“I love that this store has the additional step-up of $5.00 products.I know they are working on a reset after the Christmas holiday... but this store always seems to be a mess.”
“Cashier told me the 50% off sale had ended but she still honored all the items for me since the sign was still up and I really appreciate that a lot of places would not honor it even though the sign is posted so I liked their values and them keeping their word on prices posted regardless. I did not get all my bags and have been trying to contact store but no one answers so that was a little disappointing but I know they were stocking and actually working to put product on the floor so it’s very possible they are just away from the checkout. I believe the lady was the manager could be wrong but if I’m correct she was friendly and gave good customer service.”

“Absolutely lovely staff!! Although they seem a little understaffed they keep a good attitude around the store and they’re always working. I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted but over all it was a good experience! Definitely will return.”
