They didn't have a pair of shoes that i wanted in my size in the store, so I ordered a pair online to arrive at the store. When I picked them up, I found that they had shipped the wrong size. A clerk called to see if the correct size could be shipped but was told they were out of stock. I had used a $30 coupon and could not get the use of that coupon back unless I used it that day in the store, I didn't find anything I liked or fit so I was out of luck with my coupon. I wasn't going to just buy anything I didn't need. That evening, I went online, and the shoe and size I wanted were still listed to buy.

They charged my account 3 times for the same shoe. The woman working at this location wasn't empathetic and suggested to cancel my order so I did. I will never shop here again and I suggest no one else to shop here.. this is a scam they are not accredited by the BBB
