The customer service at this location was outstanding, specifically dealing with Lauren. My rental was through insurance and it was kind of a screwed up deal due to insurance. Not a lot went right but Lauren made sure it was handled and all the issues resolved due to other people’s mistakes. Extremely satisfied with my experience here!

Worst enterprise location in missouri. Theyll charge your card whatever amount they want, without permission or a simple phone call first. They dont explain their policies correctly either. Do yourself a favor and if you HAVE to rent from enterprise, drive 5 miles down manchester to the ballwin location, much better customer service.

Would be cautious buying cars from them. Sold me a car back in August 2023. already need to put a new battery in the key fobs, have to put new fluid that never was fill from the beginning. Put a new bearing on my wheel and I have to put new brake pads on. Only had the vehicle for 4 months. Very disappointed.

I have rented from Enterprise 3 times in the last 12 months and I have had a great experience every time. The customer service is wonderful and very accommodating.

I don’t rent cars often but when I do, honestly, Enterprise is never my first choice. I feel like their requirements and charges are too much. I had an accident in March and was forced to get a car from them because insurance was paying. I dropped my car at the dealer and requested to be picked up. Had I known how they did things I wouldn’t have signed up for that option. I was picked up by an employee and accompanied by a complete stranger! I signed no disclosure or anything leading up to this, that would have prepared me for this situation! As we’re riding to the Enterprise, the employee and stranger are conversing about something. I just kinda wanted peace and quiet but, no that wasn’t possible. There was also a smell coming from from of them, want to sure who it. I get to the location I wait for them to put me in a car. I was given 3rd row Mazda, the truck was dirty, smelled and had dents and dings all around it. I didn’t make a fuss because I wasn’t paying honestly. So I took the vehicle to Waterway because I have a membership there and I was determined to eliminate the smell and filth inside! So after cleaning it up, the next day I put gas in the truck, filled up for about $70. After putting gas in the truck the oil light comes on, I called the 800 number talked to someone and they sent an email to the location. I get a call from a rep and they tell me to bring it back. I take it back and made a request that the new car be fully fueled because the first car they gave me was on a 4th off a tank. There was absolutely no accommodations given my work schedule. They basically wanted me to come during this office hours. So they put me in a cleaner fuel up Volkswagen I was pleased! Maybe 2 days after that the battery light comes on! I call and notify them again no accommodations I had to wake up early just to get the car there to make it to work. Get there and then they put me in a larger Volkswagen. On the day of my return the manager promised to make right of the situation. Now again, I never rent from them but I gave her the benefit of the doubt as the promise she made sounded appealing. I reached out to get a 3rd row truck for the weekend through Monday because I know they’re closed on Sunday and wanted to ensure I had adequate return time. She worked me over $300! This is not a deal, it’s a also in the face lol. I kindly turned her down. I will never rent from Enterprise this experience solidified everything assumption, notion and feeling about this company.I would like to note the following positives- they were kind during the exchangesThat’s it!The negatives-releasing bad cars to renters-not accommodating for issues outside of the renters control.-Enterprise pick me up, should not be a rideshare unless agreed.- don’t make excuses for faults on your end.- when you are going to make right, make right!I just wanted to express this. I see other reviews here and they are great. Make a person really want to get a rental here but my experience wasn’t so great!

I rented from Andrea at this location & she is second to none! Very professional & I don't think the process took longer than a minute. She is exceptional & I wish I had friends that kind. Haha. Thank you again!!!

The car was fine but I accidentally left something in the car and I have not been able to get it back. This was at the New Orleans airport location. I have submitted 4 lost item reports and 2 have been cancelled without a reason. Their customer service is sub par. I am questioning whether or not I will rent with them again.

Hello,I had quite the unfortunate situation take place involving my vehicle that required me to be in a rental for an extended time. There was a few minor hiccups that didn’t have anything to do with the staff, everyone I engaged with personally was great, professional, and Drew got me all taken care of! Thanks Drew and the rest of the staff.

I rented an Altima which I discovered in driving had cruise control that would not engage. Andrea and Vinnie got me into a Camry which was great for the rest of my 10 day rental. Thank you!

We made a reservation for a standard SUV to take a short trip to Chocago over the weekend. My reservation was for 12 but I showed up a little early (11:20ish) because I knew the location closed at 12. Drew, the associate helping me, told me that they were out of that particular class of vehicle. He was very courteous and worked hard to find us another comparable vehicle. Drew called several locations and was able to locate a Subaru Outback in Kirkwood for us. The other associate drove to Kirkwood and brought the car back to Des Peres for us.We were disappointed that we didn't get the exact class of car we wanted, and it took a ot more time than we'd planned, but Drew did his best to take care of us and I appreciated it. He gave us a bot of a discount on the rental to make up for the inconvenience. He was an excellent associate to work with!

Had a one way available which was great. Rented a full size car and tried to give me a compact… that smelled terrible and wasn’t cleaned yet. Ended up with a jeep Cherokee that also wasn’t cleaned yet. Drove 300 miles and while filling up the battery 1 exit from my destination died. Was lucky enough to get a jump but while dropping it off no one acted like it was a big deal. No apologies. I lost 40 minutes of my day dealing with that and another 25 minutes waiting for my car to be cleaned.

They rented me a car that had expired plate tags. The worst part was we found a note in the car from a branch employee that acknowledged that the plates were expired. They decided not to fix the problem obviously…..Keep up the great work!!!

I rented a replacement car while waiting for my own car to be repaired. The service was fine the car was ready, the car was reliable the office was great so I have no negatives about this branch I found Enterprise to be pretty reliable
