I understand businesses close, but when you're in the door before that closing time usually they allow to you finish before making you leave. I had an address they were unable to send to because it's a PO Box, so I called the try to find a different address real quick. As I'm on hold the clock changes to 6:00, and some person who's name was Tom tells me I need to leave because they're closed and want to get out of here before they lost power since it just started raining. Despite explaining what I'm trying to do, and also conveying that the package is time sensitive and important. He responds with well it doesn't matter we're on Monday time anyway. Even the other associate helping me looked appalled. Even if this weren't a business , you should still treat people with more respect.

Poor customer from the manger who walked out of the store with her employee on the phone for 10 mins and 4 people wait for help. Not sure how you can keep in business like that

This spot is my go to for drop offs. The UPS in the same area always seems to be closed. The team there is always friendly and FEDEX does a great job, offers easy tracking, and reliability.
