Overpriced services, added more stuff then required and thought I wouldn’t notice, didn't bother explaining anything and just assumed I'd not ask questions and annoyed when I did (I'm a woman and know my car basics.) Told me about "other things" wrong with my car and gave a diagnoic that was inaccurate, not asked for, and unnecessary. The courtesy checks were a nice surprise but ourside of those, so much more was added for upsaling. Won't be back.

I took my car in replace back tires, have them rotated to the front, and to remedy vibration in the steering wheel when breaking. I told all of this to the guy at the desk. After $1000, tires weren’t rotated, but more importantly, the vibration was still there. They replaced the rear brakes, which probably needed it, but did nothing to the front. I know nothing about thinks and can guess the front rotors are warped. Obviously they didn’t drive the car after the work to see how things are. I bring it right back. I’m told to come back Monday-Friday 8-5 (because that’s convenient!) to have a “senior technician” diagnose. Really? No one can figure this out (or more likely, they didn’t want to deal with it then)?! So, after $1000, my problem is still there and it’ll cost more time and money. Ridiculous!
Edit: they replaced the front brakes at no charge.

Honesty, friendliness, job well done! I’ve been going to the Ballwin location for 15 years. They have a new manager now, and he very knowledgeable like Tony. I know I can trust him and he’s not going to oversell me on services I don’t need. He makes only makes suggestions for mileage maintenance. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Service was great and quick! Nick was my technician and got my tires on and balanced very quickly. Mike was very friendly as well when I went to pick my car up. He made the process very simple and very quick. Recommended firestone Manchester if you need any service done on your vehicle.

The team did a great job (tires, alignment, balancing), they also recommended upper and lower control arms which eliminated a squeak.

I picked up a screw in a tire immediately after taking delivery of a vehicle. I was 7 hours from home and Mike Elbert was able to get my tire patched despite being short staffed. Kudos to Mike for exceptional customer service.

The guy at the front was cool and personable, he wasn’t really the issue. I came In at about 11:30 on a Monday. There was one other car already being worked on but they were the only car in front of me. At 12:30 I went to the counter too see about how much longer it would take since I had work at 1:30 and a 25 minute drive. He then informed me that they didn’t have my filter and were waiting for it to be delivered. I then asked if we could just take it down and then change the oil tommorow. He said they couldn’t because they had already emptied the oil. So from this situation I was able to gather that the mechanics emptied my car before they looked to see if they had a filter. Upon realizing they didn’t, it was decided not to inform me until absolutely necessary in hopes they could get the filter delivered and installed before I began asking as to why my car was taking an hour for a pretty routine procedure at this establishment. Because of this I did end up being late to work by 20 minutes. Ultimately I understand that everyone is human and a lot of places are short staffed and mistakes happen; Everyone including me makes mistakes. However there was essentially nothing done to try to fix the situation for me. When I asked for an eta on the filter the guy at the front said to let him make a phone call and he never came back in to update me once done with the phone. You would think after all this they would at least offer to give me the filter for free or a discount on my next oil change or something. It just seems as though there was a lot more that could have been done to fix the mistake so I would have left satisfied instead leaving a 1 star
