I picked up a screw in a tire immediately after taking delivery of a vehicle. I was 7 hours from home and Mike Elbert was able to get my tire patched despite being short staffed. Kudos to Mike for exceptional customer service.

The store is the under new management. The Manager went above and beyond in helping us with an issue with two of our cars. It made all the difference in our experience .

The guy at the front was cool and personable, he wasn’t really the issue. I came In at about 11:30 on a Monday. There was one other car already being worked on but they were the only car in front of me. At 12:30 I went to the counter too see about how much longer it would take since I had work at 1:30 and a 25 minute drive. He then informed me that they didn’t have my filter and were waiting for it to be delivered. I then asked if we could just take it down and then change the oil tommorow. He said they couldn’t because they had already emptied the oil. So from this situation I was able to gather that the mechanics emptied my car before they looked to see if they had a filter. Upon realizing they didn’t, it was decided not to inform me until absolutely necessary in hopes they could get the filter delivered and installed before I began asking as to why my car was taking an hour for a pretty routine procedure at this establishment. Because of this I did end up being late to work by 20 minutes. Ultimately I understand that everyone is human and a lot of places are short staffed and mistakes happen; Everyone including me makes mistakes. However there was essentially nothing done to try to fix the situation for me. When I asked for an eta on the filter the guy at the front said to let him make a phone call and he never came back in to update me once done with the phone. You would think after all this they would at least offer to give me the filter for free or a discount on my next oil change or something. It just seems as though there was a lot more that could have been done to fix the mistake so I would have left satisfied instead leaving a 1 star

They did exactly what I asked them to do and got me back on the road the same day. Very professional and courteous. The manager gave me several discounts and thanked me for being a Veteran. I really like this store and have been coming here for many years.

Let just say Mike is the men! As soon as I walked in he was the most friendliest. Great customer service from start to finish. He went through my service from top to bottom. He’s a great Guy. Went above and beyond. Glad he’s at my local store.

During his short visit to Wildwood, Missouri from Kansas City, one of the brakes on my son's 2012 Ford Fusion had a catastrophic failure. The damage caused the brake pad to rip away from the driver's side front brake caliper and resulted in ruining the rotor. After calling several places on a Saturday afternoon just prior to the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day holidays, Ballwin Firestone was the only garage in the area that was willing to try to repair his car before he had to return back to Kansas City on Christmas Day. Otherwise my son would have to miss work with less than a year-and-a-half in his new job. The manager, Mike Elbert, was able to encourage his technicians and mechanics to stay in the shop and was also able to obtain repair materials from a nearby parts distributor in order to get us back on the road. Mike also was able to troubleshoot and quickly replace a sheared pin that was the cause of this failure to the brake system. Ballwin Firestone did not charge us for the replacement pin or the time required to drill out the old pin and install the new part. Our technician, Noah Elbert, put his personal plans aside in order to replace the front brakes as well as a new battery. The level of customer service from Ballwin Firestone was superb and I highly recommend this garage to anyone needing brakes, tires, or other car care services.

Made an appointment online at 11 am Sunday, checked all their online accounts and everything says they're open, I got an email confirmation for the appointment and then I drive 30 minutes there and they're closed!

I went in here for two new tires and balance and rotation in an oil change. 10 days later my car died because there was no oil in clearly they had never done the oil change but we’re more than happy to charge me $90 for a full synthetic oil change. Gross negligence. !!!!! poor and deceptive business practices. Do not go here!!!!

They did all they could to get me in & out as quickly as possible! Everyone was friendly & helpful. Only problem was no wifi. I hate to knock a star due to that, but there it is.
