Some items were a little too cold, but we overall enjoyed our time at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick with service.

Food doesn't taste as good as it used to. Serves lack a little bit. Our table wasn't fully clean but I kind of expect it being a buffet place.

Honestly we tried a few things and it was just extremely unpleasant. Stale, hard, overcooked, oddly chewy.

Food sucked! Food was cold. Didn't have much flavor. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place used to be pretty good. I haven’t been here in a few months but today it was absolutely awful. They make you pay extra for their seafood selections in the evenings with seafood was so horribly cooked that it was not edible they burnt everything on the hibachi grill, most of the food was cold or so old that it was disgusting. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come eat here because in the past it’s always been good, but I will never be back as horrible as it was I will never give them another chance

The food was mediocre, very bland. Some foods you couldn't even tell what meat it was. The Teriyaki chicken tasted like a poor fish. The fried rice was the only thing that tasted as it should. Some items on buffet look like it has been there a while. Hibachi chicken looked slimy as if it had been there for a while. My first visit, most likely my only.

Hello, I am the Mother of Octavia who gave a review on receiving rude behavior when she called inquiring about crab legs.As I write this review, I at the Manchester location dining with a friend for the lunch buffet. So, I inquired about when are crab legs on the buffet. I was told after 3:00p.m. daily. As an elderly afro American, it's sad to hear that my child had to experience such treatment because he identified her voice is Afro-American.

My aunt and I went to Hibachi Grill on Manchester last Saturday, March 2, after7 pm. The buffet looked picked over and empty even though the place close at 9 pm. So, I settled on getting food cooked on the grill in the back and the crab legs on the buffet. Unfortunately, my aunt doesn't eat crab legs, so she had to settle for the scrapes off the buffet. They didn't replace the dishes with fresh food. There was nothing but crumbes and one slice of chocolate cake on the dessert bar when we first walked in. One hour later, the dessert bar still looked the same. It was very disappointing. But since they had crab legs, I made excuses for this experience to myself. So I was going to go back there today, March 7, on Saturday for crab legs. I decided I wanted to be there when dinner first started. While the food is fresh and plentiful. So I called today to find out dinner time. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. Instead of the man giving me the time. He yelled $17.99. So, since I didn't get him to tell me the time. I wanted to make sure they would have crab legs. He yelled, "Lady crab legs on Sunday," and hung up. I was done. I made excuses for the previous experience, I can't condone that type of behavior. Especially where I'm spending my money. For two people and one drink, I spent $41.73. Then I tip the person who picks up the dishes. I also tip the lady at the grill in the back. No way, the way you treat a person makes a big difference in where they will spend their hardworking money.
