I just got a Kia Sportage for a very good price. Alyssa was amazing with answering questions and offering to help if I have questions in the future. She took the time to teach me the new technology because it was a big change for me. Her customer service was 10/10. Will be doing future business with her.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at HW Kia purchasing our vehicle. He was patient, informative, and not at all pushy and helped us find the perfect vehicle. I bought a used 2014 Kia Sorento a while back along with the extended Warranty bumper to bumper costing $4,000. Motor went bad. Out of pocket to fix would be 15,995.00 . They lied to me . I'm also making payments at $398.00 on a car that doesn't run. They don't care about you. Look me up on Facebook if you want more details. Never again. Do your research on Kia engines and believe nothing HW KIA SAYS .

Our salesman was Jahan L. He is a very nice man and the entire experience was pleasant. We’re glad we made the 2+ hour drive to HW. Bryan S. the finance manager was very nice as well. There was no “I’m being nice just bc I want your money” vibe. They all seemed like genuinely good people.

Terrible...management is terrible...WhenI first went in with financing from my bank.... they told me my bank failed to answer... well I decided to work with the owner and get the vehicle anyway... because he seemed to care what happened. Well they did well over the years until there was something wrong with my Telluride. The back shocks broke which seems to be a thing with kia and hyundais.Well I have never needed brakes... front or back... but with the shocks broken I now needed back rotors.(again I've didn't and never needed brakes)Well because I didn't agree and give up on what I knew to be true that the shocks caused the issues. The service manager decided to tell service staff to call the police on me....the staff looked at him like he was crazy and no one moved.... because they knew he was just trying to weaponize the police... and that I was had never had issues with the staff.... He acted as if he was calling... and then hung up the phone....Well I called the police on him... note the service manager is well over 6ft and I'm 5 foot 2 and decid3d to walk up on me... acting like a mad man sweating like crazy... while I was sitting in a chair... in service during this entire event.I have the report number and he could not say to the police that I did anything wrong. To try to weaponize the police againt a black person In Ballwin Mo...is u acceptable on so many levelsI asked for the owner... you know the one.. when I bought the vehicle... a d needed me not to press the issue..... that was in trouble when his staff lied on my bank. When I walked in the dealership stating to them I had Financing...his staff also saying the Bank didnt answer them for my deal to be financed.. (the dealership they ran my credit without permission...But he never said anything to me... never reach out about the incident.... but he is always on the radio inviting.people of color out there.... don't go!!!!!!They are nice in the beginning until you have an issue with one of those vehicles..... amd mine was new under warranty..They wouldn't pay for the rotors. But they paid for the sbocks and it was a. Issue that their #1 service person fighured out. That the men could not....then try to give me a car full of dog hair while having paper for me to sign saying no pets in their loaner car.Remember they are nice to sale you the car... and wanna talk and help.But mot when they are wrong.... or something is wrong and the customer needs assistance!! That's the tell if a good dealership!!! That's when it count... that was september it's now December never... they have the nerve to send me something to buy a car.

Alyssa (sales) and Brian (business manager/finance) gave our family the smoothest and easiest experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle.
