The customer service is outstanding here!When I initially called, Rob Andrés, the tire specialist asked questions and made recommendations to ensure that all of my tires concerns were addressed. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Since I called at the end of his work day, it would require an additional call back the next day. He verified call back information and provided detailed instructions. Then he did exactly what he said he would do (which is a rare find in this day and age). He set me up with a service advisor, Mike Dussold, who continued my positive customer experience.I was provided a timely and convenient appointment for my service.Upon arrival I was greeted with warm smiles and a stream-lined check-in process.Check-in with Mike went great and it was nice to have the continuity with the same service advisor.Also, Rob, the tire specialist introduced himself (it was nice to be able to put faces with the names from my telephone conversations), and made sure things were going smoothly.They have a lovely waiting area and immaculate restrooms.Scott, the manager, runs a “tight” ship with some amazing people!Thank you so much for going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service!

Bought a used Toyota from Joe Fusion , I can be a hard negotiator and Joe was patient and worked out a good deal . Believe this to be a trust worthy dealership and worth your time to give them a shot at your business. Finance manager was cool also , worked out a nice price on extended warranty. Overall a great experience in a tight economy.

Never take your vehicle for service here. They will diagnose problems that dont exist. My 2012 malibu engine light came on, since I take my truck there for service I would take my car. The looked at it and informed me that the engine was leaking oil from everywhere, there was barely any oil left in it, oil in the throttle body, and that i would need a whole new engine. They would have to send out the car to get the engine changed at a different shop because they didnt do that there. At the cost of $10000... so i refused, took it home checked the oil, oil was fine. Drove it to a different shop, and the mechanic laughed at jay wolfe's diagnoses and told me it was a censor.Wont even take my truck there anymore.Update- talked with scott at jay wolfe. Issued me a refund for the diagnostic. So with that in mind their customer service gets is good.

Took my 4runner in for a brake check. They advised on the condition and what steps to go forward with. Also fixed the back valence emblem that was loose on the hatchback. All in all, it was a little pricey, but they were very up front about their pricing before work was done. Honestly, I would rather have certified toyota mechanics work on my veichle than some fly by night shop. Thank you, Jay wolf, for your honesty and a great job done. I will be a customer for life.

The employees were friendly enough, but repeatedly misled us (I'm being kind with my wording here) when we tried to buy a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) used car from them. First claimed that Missouri requires a $549 dealer doc fee (MO law actually says that dealers can charge *no more than* $499 with periodic CPI based increases allowed - most other local Toyota dealers in the area currently charge a doc fee just shy of $300, so shop around.) Next, they produced a document showing what they claimed to have actually paid for the car we were considering ... but a quick on-line VIN check (see badvin.com) clearly showed that they had recently paid just over $3K less than their "document" showed at a local auction (Bridgeton,MO ... so minimal, if any, transportation costs to their dealership.) Then claimed that the best interest rate on a CPO Toyota was 0.5% higher than other local dealers stated as Toyota Financial's official CPO rate (at least one other dealer in the area had no problem not only quoting but actually honoring the better rate ... makes me wonder what Jay Wolfe was planning on doing with the extra money their inflated interest rate would have generated.) Well, three strikes, and you're out. More accurately, we just had to walk out the door from a very quiet dealership without getting anywhere even remotely close to a deal. In short, if you enjoy overpaying in every imaginable way, shop here. If you still must shop here, make sure to come in with tons of documentation to refute what they will throw at you ... but don't expect them to admit anything ... or at least not to admit to anything until after you post a review like this on yelp.

I’ve been using jay wolfe for years and after bringing my Prius in for repair, they broke my dashboard and charged me for the part. I tried to argue but they said “it’s an older car so these parts are fragile you should have known it could have broke”. I was not told this and it ended up costing me another 500$.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t thank Scot Dickherber, the Service Director at Jay Wolfe Toyota enough. I went in for a state inspection and his Tire Specialist Rob Andres offered me an amazing deal on an awesome set of rims and tires. No pressure just a simple offer with plenty of information. My 2007 Tacoma with over 190,000 miles has never looked better! And now I have the old steel rims with a spare set of fresh winter tires.Scot may or may not remember me, but I had brought my wife’s 2001 Celica to Jay Wolfe when he was a Service Writer. It took several weeks and a lot of frustration, on both our parts; but he went the extra mile and spoke to technicians on the west coast to help get it sorted. I remembered that and years later that experience prompted me to purchase my Tacoma from Jay Wolfe. I have to say that I have been nothing but satisfied with the level of professionalism from Scot and his team. I care for my vehicles and am happy to know that when I purchase parts and service I am receiving that same care. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you Scot, Rob, Cody and the whole Jay Wolfe team! You have a very satisfied Toyota Owner!

Charles was super helpful and gote and my car squared away. He recommended a number of things to have done and prioritized them nicely for me. No hard sell, no pushing to get any extra work done. Jay Wolfe has always been a great place to bring my car.
