They gave me two cut pieces of the fleece I ordered to only make 9 out of 10 yards which did not work for the project I was doing and then won’t let you return the cut piece even though the problem was on their end because they gave two cut pieces in the first place.

Always have tons of clearance and many good coupons available. They are dog-friendly and he enjoyed smelling around.

If your looking for good customer service, DON'T go here! At least if you need to speak to a manager! I went to return a bubble gun that I bought for my son because it literally broke within the first 10 minutes of us opening it. The cashier, Elliot said he couldn't return it because the 1 oz bubble container was empty. So I asked to speak to a manager. Elliot called for Mary Ann to come to the front and said " Mary Ann, can you please come to the front? NO RUSH, TAKE YOUR TIME!" Well, Mary Ann was everything but kind! She threw her arms up in the air, and said "Fine! Whatever! I'm not going to argue with you! Elliot! Just return the bubble gun! " In front of the huge line of customers! I brought everything back in it's original packaging, except the 1 oz of bubbles was gone because I had to dump it out in order take the gun apart and put it back in it's original packaging. Mary Ann treated me as if I had bought the gun and stole the tiny 1 oz container of bubbles! Very poor customer service.

From advertising, I expected a more extensive and better selection of fabric. I felt tricked. For a hobby store, it was average.

Friendly staff who are willing to assist the customer. I had a nice encounter on my recent visit that made a lasting impression of both the gal who cut my fabric and the cashier. Very nice store.

I made an online purchase for store pickup. An employee picked the wrong item and admitted to it. Instead of exchanging it for what I paid for, I would have to purchase the correct item and then come back at a future date to do a return of the wrong item they gave me because somehow it isn't in the system. That will make 3 one hour round trips to correct their mistake. So I'll have to pay extra, waste gas and my time.

Great place, fine craft supplies. I feel like I'm cheating on Hobby Lobby when I come here, but sometimes the road takes me this way and I just go to JOANN instead. Not sure why JOANN is entirely capitalized. Feels a little aggressive. I once saw a drunk guy trying to eat a small container of glitter here, which made me feel just a little unsafe, but otherwise I've never had a problem with this place. I'll be back by JOANN Fabric and Crafts when the wind blows me this way once more.

JoAnn is a great place for crafts and woodworking projects alike. Also, they've updated and seriously restocked the store and it looks great!

They advertise in a huge sign, No Hassle, Easy Returns. However, if you open a box, you can't return things.
