My turkey sandwich was very good. My only complaint about it was that it was barely warm and not hot. The tea is always good, but a little more ice would be nice since it is cold at the top and warm at the bottom. The cashier was super friendly, and the food came out fast.This location was definitely better than other locations I’ve been to.

Stopped in for lunch today with my daughter. It was easy to order online and it was ready when we got there. She ordered a chicken salad. It looked really good and had a lot of chicken on it. She said it was pretty tasty. I ordered a bowl of the tortellini soup. It was OK. Just OK. Definitely not homemade. The restaurant was super busy. We got there around 1 o'clock but still plenty of places to sit. The staff was moving quite quickly clearing off tables and trying to get the customers through the line.

I was disappointed today bc at THIS McAlister's....the vegetables on the "veggie sandwich" (I'm vegan & vegetarian) were little slivers of vegetables--slivers like the kind I cut off vegetables and toss into the garbage at home when I'm preparing a meal. I could hardly find a small mashed piece of avocado on the bread. Other McAlister's offer better product and aren't so skimpy with the few veggies on this sandwich. The employees are very nice. They clear the tables too! Things have gotten better...not so under staffed. I'm hoping the veggie sandwich today was a fluke and will not be so skimpy should I return again.

I have lived in Ballwin and used to truly enjoy my McAlisters experience for 25 years. I went to the Ballwin location today about 12:15 and only 4 tables had Patrons. I had a party of 4 in front of me at the counter and it still took me 20 minutes, with 2 lines, before my turn. Got my food in a reasonable time, but the wrap and grilled sandwiches were thrown together and fell apart on the way home. To the point, service took way too long and the quality and appearance of the food was inferior. I might give this location another chance, but it's sad that after 25 years, McAlisters may no longer have my busibess

The food is pretty light and fresh. This is a good place for lunch, especially with a ton of options. I’m not super satisfied with the side options, but at least they all taste good.

We've come here for years & sandwiches are great, tea is great, but potato salad seems to have changed. It was too runny & swimming in too much mayo. They tap into their profits with the amount of mayonnaise they must use. Save yourself some money, owners, tone it down.

I’ve been to this location a couple times and haven’t had any issues until today. I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon. They were extremely fast with the service as they weren’t very busy when I went. However, fast forward a few hours and that potato has now made me very sick. I’m not sure what was wrong about it, but it is clear that I got a mild case of food poisoning because of it. Be careful when eating here, I know I’m not the only person who has had this issue. Two stars for the fast service through.

I've been going to McAlister's for years now. No matter where you go, the store is always clean, food is always great tasting, and portions are just right. Different and unique from the typical sub sandwich shop. They make awesome tea, enormous and flavorful spuds, and the best sandwiches. Always adding more to the menu, with occasional deals you don't want to miss. I'll be back for more soon!

Yes it was terrible!! Meat was tough and soup was cold. Not much else to say other than we won't be back to the location in Fes Peres
