“We brought our 8 year old daughter to Dr. Seth after a year of struggling with unexplained high fevers. Our daughter was healthy, but would come down with a high fever once a month. Her fevers would last several days and were accompanied by weakness, headaches, and lethargy. She was missing school and social activities. What was strange was that no one else in our family of five would catch these illnesses. We were in and out of her regular doctor office. They followed the traditional protocol and tested for strep, covid, flu, urinary tract infections, etc. We were also sent to specialists. She had several blood tests, a chest x-ray, and thyroid ultrasound. The reason for her constant illnesses was unclear and her case was falling through the cracks with traditional healthcare. We had heard about Functional Medicine and decided to give it a try after coming across Dr. Seth online. We are so appreciative of the time Dr. Seth took to get to know our situation and laid out different options. After working with Dr. Seth, our daughter has been fever free for three months. Her confidence is growing and her stress level is back to that of a normal 8 year old without the fear of a fever looming overhead. I would recommend Dr. Seth and his team to anyone!”

“Unlike my previous experience at the quest at chesterfield outer 40 the quest staff here at ballas was above and beyond great. Excellent experience at this outpatient lab. Despite a very full waiting room, the staff was courteous, professional, and extremely organized. I was checked in quickly and in and out in no time. It’s clear they value efficiency without sacrificing patient care. Highly recommend this ballas location. I wish they could train the staff at chesterfield outer 40 and show them how it’s done.”

“So far excellent! The great tech I dealt with spent probably an hour and a half, or MORE finding the right mask and fit, and went over SO much more. I felt he and the facility set me up for success. I have a severe case, and I need this solution. No choice if I actually care about my health. I felt they gave me those tools, rather than a more common, here's your machine, good luck, from what I hear. Lol One personal I talked to, said his place took 5 minutes and handed him a machine. Lol The office personnel were extremely friendly and kind as well. I will leave results. To be continued...”

“I had an amazing experience at this location. I am a VERY difficult blood draw, but was able to get my blood drawn without problem. Niecy was one of the phlebotomists who helped me, I wish I had gotten the other phlebotomist’s name so I could thank her by name as well. They were both super friendly and patient, and great at their jobs! I did not have to wait long after checking in before being seen even though the office was visibly busy. It’s very obvious to me that this location is run extremely well. My overall experience could not have gone smoother and the women who helped me could not have been more enjoyable to work with! Thank you!”

“Very conveniently located. I was able to check in via text message on arrival. I waited about 5-7 minutes and was called in. Staff is very friendly, efficient and very competent in sample collection. She explained insurance coverage and when to expect results. Staff was extra kind to my 91 old mother who was also there for a lab draw!”

“The phlebotemists are usually nice here but is there anything more dystopian than a Quest waiting room? Everyone sits in a silent, cramped, converted storage room in the back of the building, staring at a tv on an otherwise blank wall, watching their name slowly move up a list. Outside is an empty hallway with mismatched chairs. In the corner is a tablet replacing an actual human being to welcome and assist you. Every so often the door opens, a name is called, and someone from the room disappears into the mysterious beyond.
Would it kill them to at least add a couple fake plants? Or a poster on the wall? Maybe some calming music? It's like they're trying to make it as uncomfortable and depressing as possible.”
