“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“Ok so my first visit was amazing it was just my son and I that went in. My son is special needs he is high functioning autistic and has adhd. He don’t warm up to people easy, however Christa and him just clicked she got him excited to help her help him find me uniforms they talked and laughed and she made it so stress free for me to get my uniforms (going to a store is never easy for me) He then met Jill and he liked her a lot too the three of them talked and joked while I tried things on. Christa and Jill are amazing to deal with It’s nice to have understanding and they were so compassionate and tried to take a little off me while I was shopping. Now my next visit neither of the girls were there when I came in with my son a lady named Lisa was she had absolutely no patience with my son what so ever she was rude and kept getting on to him and slightly raising her voice telling him he shouldn’t be doing that and all he was doing was looking at the scrubs to help me! She has no customer service skills what so ever, and needs to learn not to act like she is the mom to customers kids!! From Now on when I need something if I pull up and don’t see Christa or Jill I will not patronize the store any longer , seeing how my son was such an issue with Lisa and what’s crazy I was told she is the store manager I wld love to know how she got that job because it’s definitely not her social skills, personality, patience, or customer service”

This is the only place I could seem to find the most closest equal items to what he was using in the hospital. “I absolutely love Duke Medical Supplies. I have gone with a few companies to order my dads Ostomy supplies and it has ended on bad terms. Duke Medical is very personable and care about the needs of the patient. They go over and beyond with making sure my dad gets what he needs and even do overnight delivery if its what is needed at the time. The same two ladies answer the phone each and every time I call. Other companies you are just a number. Will never go with anyone else again. ”

“I had been to another shop for issues with my power chair and got the run around, 1st I needed a new battery [it was 3 years old]. Still not working, went back a 2nd time to be told the motors were going bad and needed a replacement. They charged a service charge and did nothing.
I went to Mobility City looking to purchase a new power chair. I told them the problem. Their tech took it and came back minutes later and said try it. They had connected their hand held controller and changed one setting.
This was several months ago and the power chair works great to this day.
What was their charge? ZERO, nothing. That is awesome customer service.”
