I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.

Store rating =3; associate rating = 5.
We tried to buy a few pieces of a stone siding embellishment, but there were no coordinating trim pieces in the store. The inventory showed they exist, but 2 hours later, we gave up. The associate stuck with us and we trekked all over the yard in 95° heat, but coordinating pieces just couldn't be found. The associate was diligent and as helpful as he could be.

Very rude people work at this store. All of them work around like they are so miserable. Today will be my last day as a menards customer due to that Manchester store alone.

Ordered a fan online for store pickup. Online order pickup is 1/4 mile from the entrance. Waited 10 minutes because there was no one there.
Got my fan and walked to the exit. Not a blue vest in sight so I just walked to my car. It's not my job to hunt someone down and give them my pickup receipt.
Got followed to my car without a word spoken. Rolled my window down and asked if there was a problem. She needed my receipt which I had already misplaced when getting into car. She didn't believe me one bit. Felt like a thief.
Maybe check your cameras or simply stand by the exit door. Or maybe use your words instead of creepily following me.

Purchased our Klearvue kitchen cabinets here. Installing DIY and I have to say Kevin in cabinets and appliances is Fantastic ! He explained everything during the purchase, has answered every question quickly and with expert knowledge during installation and has been friendly and polite through the entire process. Could not be happier with his service !!!

Menards employees are so very helpful. I appreciate their expertise and suggestions, especially since I had an idea but wasn’t sure what I was looking for to complete a home improvement project.

My wife and I stopped in to buy a few items for our daughter's house. We picked up 2 pieces of damaged plywood in a clearance rack. We specifically made sure we asked in the back to verify the price, and we seemingly were clairvoyant.
What a chaotic mess. The woman in customer service needs some training. Lacked people skills as bad as I have seen. The checker told me I needed to verify with the back counter that gives you a ticket for any lumber. Like I said we saw it coming. No one seems to know what's going on. They called a guy from back in that department. He slowly came walking up, as if disgusted, stone faced, again, lacking people skills. I believe it was an epidemic.
What seemed like an eternity, we walked out with 2 damaged pieces of plywood, a 2x4 and some WD-40.
I've had trips to the dentist with far less teeth pulled.
Not good folks. If this is the norm, I will definitely never go there again. Farmington location has been better the half a dozen times we've been there.
If Menards trends in this direction it will be the end.

Placed order to have items delivered. Order was confirmed two times by email. I received a text at 9:30 pm that my delivery would not arrive as scheduled on June 5 2025 the earliest delivery would be the 10. I just spoke to manager. My order will come when scheduled. I will then change this rating to a five when delivered

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences at Menards. The staff are extremely unhelpful and unfriendly — it feels like you're bothering them just by asking a simple question. Some employees act as if they’re ready to argue rather than assist, and there's a noticeable lack of professionalism or courtesy.
In addition, I often feel there’s a discriminatory attitude present in the way they treat customers. It’s upsetting and uncomfortable. On top of that, the store is poorly organized, and it’s difficult to find what you need without wandering around or searching endlessly.
Unfortunately, this has become a pattern at this location, and it's driving me to consider shopping elsewhere.

I really like your store but when we entered your Manchester location first smell was mold/mildew. The two air conditioners are blowing out mold spores. You really need to fix this asap for customer and employees health!!!
