Skepticle a few months ago from the other reviews. Deicded to give them a try for this urgent care visit. Easy to set up and check in. We arriveed 15mins early as they requested. Started to be seen a few mins earlier than scheduled appointment. The technician we first saw and the nurse practitioner next were bother super professional and kind. Honestly got better service than our last visit to a total access urgent care. The NP took her time to listen to all our concern and gave us great resources and information. New patient visit was free after a covid test! But recurring visits seem to be about the same price as any other urgent care. The clinical area as well as the CVS it self was super clean and tidy. Will definatly be back for more medical needs.

Corporate has ditched its efforts to run a business in conjunction with the model that made it successful.The website and business model is “no appointment, walk in, quick care”.Not only can you not walk in, but you have to have an appointment with an overloaded schedule and only one person on staff.This is not customer service and you just deleted what set you apart.

If you want to be turned away, not taken seriously, and neglected, this is the place to go. As soon as I got to cvs, I made my way to the minute clinic to seek help for some serious congestion issues i've been having since I wouldn't be able to get into my doctor for awhile. I was told straight away that I would not be seen without and appointment. AND I would have to take a covid test, wait for the results, and if it was negative THEN someone would be willing to see me. There was no one else there waiting to be seen either. NOWHERE does it say that this is the policy, and no where does it say that I need to have an appointment...if the lady would have turned around she would have seen the sign that says "walk-ins welcome!" It is very clear that the staff here is very negligent and lazy.

Nurse stone has a great chiarside manner. She was personable with my 8 year old who came in with a high fever. We made an appt online and got in on time.
