This store has nice employees but layout is terrible and overly packed. Feels overwhelming.

As long as you're not shopping for men's clothes it's okay. My wife uses this store for returns and occasional shopping.

Absolutely the worst customer service in regards to returns. If you're even a day over 30 days (took 10 days to ship) they won't even let you exchange the item. Awful.
